Our dishwasher does a poor job washing dishes. Often bowls on the lower rack have muck on the outside after the cycle- and this is AFTER I rinse everything. My old machine did every bit as good. The racks are not quite far apart for many of our dishes. I have had this for more than 1 year and like it less the longer I have it. My luck it will run another 10 years an I will be stuck with it.

I replaced my old BOSH dishwasher with this one, Bosch - Ascenta Model SHE3AR72UC after comparing various BOSH models and prices on the BestBuy web site. This model indicated "Quick-Rinse Cycle -Yes" in the product specifications and I chose this model because it claimed that feature. It arrived and was installed and guess what? NO Quick Rince cycle on this model.

If you need an inexpensive dishwasher that cleans very well this unit does the job.

I guess you get what you pay for . . . This dishwasher is the cheapest of the Bosch products. It is extremely quiet BUT it does not clean the dishes on the top rack of my washer. It leaves HORRIBLE yuck on my glasses and bowls put on the top rack. I have cleaned the dishwasher over and over. In order for the dishes to come out clean, I have to make sure there is absolutely no food residue on the dishes before putting them in to wash. Why am I doing this???? I can't wait to replace it but it will not be with a Bosch!!!

This dishwasher has driven our family crazy for 3 years. It has an excessive number of wheels on each rack that pop off as the rack is being opened and fly around the kitchen. The top rack has fallen completely off numerous times so that we have to mess around with that and the little wheels until it will stay up. The water sprayers have stopped spraying several times so that we had to disassemble that part to fix them. On occasion the soap never even comes out of the dispenser and is still there after the cycle is complete. As its grand finale in our home, now it splashes water around for a couple of minutes and then hums for the remainder of the cycle while doing absolutely nothing, so the dishes aren't clean, the soap isn't out and we open it at the end to find several inches of water sitting in the bottom. Very, very disappointed this is something Bosch made and we need to buy another dishwasher after only 3 years.

My husband and I purchased the Bosch Dishwasher and we couldn't have been happier. It is unbelievably quiet. The sleek controls are impressive. All around great dishwasher worth the money

Miss my 6 min rinse cycle on old dishwasher I used daily because I only run my dishwasher once a week when full.

I purchased this dishwasher from Best Buy, in large part based on the positive reviews. Unfortunately, after it was installed, I realized that the wheels on the bottom rack are not spaced properly, which causes the entire rack to come off track. The gap between the tub and the door is too large for the span between the wheels. I checked with Best Buy and showed them how their display unit had exactly the same issue. He told me that I was supposed to "pull up on the rack when you pull it out." i showed him that none of the other models had this same issue, but he was unconcerned. Since I am out of my return window, Best Buy told me that my only recourse is to take it up with Bosch. Save yourself a huge headache and don't buy this dishwasher! At this point, ai am frustrated with Bosch for a poor design, and disappointed in Best Buy for their lack of halp with a solution.

Couldn't be more pleased. We have granite counter tops; Bosch has the needed side installation. Other brands do not.

I bought this dishwasher in March and it was professionally installed. I chose this model because it was rated a "best buy" by Consumer Reports. After several months the door started to pop open and stop the machine while it was washing. It got to where it would do it several times during the wash cycle. I called Bosch and had one of their authorized service agents work on it. He said it had gotten slightly out of plumb and readjusted it. I'm using it for the first tine after the service call and it popped open again about 30 minutes into the wash cycle. I would not buy this unit again. I think their scheme of "latching" the door is poorly designed. My old washer worked much better until the electronic board went bad (after only 5 years)..I think modern appliances are poorly made and they are designed to fail after only a few years and I have lost faith in Consumer Reports ratings.

After reviewing and compare different brands and prices. this Bosch dishwasher shown better option to by. Nice view inside and outside. easy to use and is top quality.

The dishwasher performs decently, but I was having trouble getting the sanitize light to turn on. I called support and they sent someone out who ended up replacing the main circuit board, but the problem persisted. When I called to complain a second time, they told me my water supply may have been too hot and offered to send another technician out. He told me that my water wasn't hot enough. He measured the temperature the instant that he turned the faucet on, not waiting the 10-15 seconds that it takes to get up to 120. When I called a third time to say that I thought it was unrealistic to have instant hot water, they told me too bad. They also told me that there was no one else I could talk to if I wasn't satisfied with their answer. This is the first Bosch product I've purchased and looks like it will be the last.

Its good at cleaning but it does not dry well at all. Even after following directions in manual by using the most amount of Jet Dry and using the Sanitizer option, it still doesn't get everything dry. Quite frustrating knowing we will have to deal with this for the next ten years or so.

I had to replace a 16 yr old frigidaire! Fantastically I found this Great Bosch that looks Fantastic, works Great & good price too! Delivery was Fast & even early! I had a Bosch years ago so happy to have another!

Simply put, it doesn't clean! I should not have to practically wash dishes by hand before putting them in a machine that is supposed to do that job. I hate this machine! I load less dishes to have more water and soap circulation and still cutlery, plates, glasses, and even vases come out with food debris and water lines (the vase) on them. My low level GE that came with my new home cleaned efficiently and dried the dishes better and did not take 2 plus hours to do so. And I did not have to buy specific dishwasher tabs and rinse agents. What a colossal waste of time and money. Will try to get rid of this thing after only owning it for 8 months. Grrr!

Do NOT purchase this dishwasher!! I bought in May and have used it twice! In fact I've forgotten how to program due to the timespan. The door latch does not stay secure resulting in the washer stopping in mid cycle. BB policy you have 15 days to return however the service to repair was after the 15 days! Today another service company is coming back with another part.. So disappointed being a 1st time Bosch customer. Never ever again!!!

I am about to replace this dishwasher after only 2 years. This model has a known problem with the soap dispenser not opening. I work around that by putting a packet in the silverware holder. However, the big drawback is that it is not reliable. Sometimes, it decides on its own not to use water. It will still make noise, but if you listen closely, you don't hear water swishing around. If I don't listen closely, I have a bad surprise when I go to grab clean dishes, and they are actually untouched, though the washer "ran" through a full cycle. The washer was professionally installed, so that should not be a problem. After two years of maybe clean dishes, I am giving up and buying a new one.

Some instructions hard to follow. Overall, items in washer are clean. Some water left on top of bottoms of glasses.

I thought my dishes were getting clean from my old dishwasher. Not after running through my new one! I love this thing. I have not had anything come back dirty.

Extremey happy with my new dishwasher, far exceeds expectations
