I must have a lemon dishwasher as others give it a good rating. I looked at that in purchasing but what a disappointment. The top rack is dirtier at the end of the cycle than they were when they went in. There really isn't a drying cycle either so I wash the dishes after the cycle and then put them back in to drain. Just a big dish drainer now. I am so disappointed and Best Buy doesn't do a thing about it nor Bosch. I would never get a Bosch appliance again. Note also that the bottom is NOT stainless steel. I have had the dishwasher for just two months now and it is after the thirty days for returns at Best Buy. During that time they just kept telling me I was doing something wrong, such as wrong detergent, wrong loading etc.

Cleans great but this dishwasher is much smaller inside than my previous whirlpool gold. The prongs for dishes are slanted on the bottom making it more difficult to load. I would have preferred the utensil basket in the door instead of on the side.

It's pretty, doesn't have an electric heating element for drying so ot saves energy. Unfortunately, dish are still filmy and wet. We have been removing the large chunks of food and then washing as normal. The dishes that are in the top rack have a greasy film on them and all of the dishes come out wet. We are using the specified detergent and drying agent. My wife even did the recommended temperature boost. The dishwasher is allowed 12-16 hours of off time before we open it. This replaced an entry level Westinghouse Gold dishwasher that was about 10 years old and working becuase we had changed the kitchen to stainless. This is louder and doesn't clean or dry as well. Why have a dishwasher if you have to prewash and then hand dry everything? Where's the energy savings in that?

After only 17 months the the heat pump and thermister needed replacing after an E:09 error code that is common. Cost me $375 parts and labor to fix. Bosch entry level dishwasher is no better than the rest.

bought this model 14 months ago.just replaced my second pump yesterday.so disgusted,we just paid the $175.00 to fix it because we didn't want to dance the bosch dance to get it paid for as they should.next year when it breaks again,we will just by a more reliable brand and leave bosch behind forever.

Horrible! This machine does not heat the water, but requires hot water on demand. It does not work to wash or dry without this. Best Buy doesn't tell you that. Instead, they simply tell yo that it performs a high temperature wash. Very few people will be able to get any use out of this machine. Relying on Best Buy, I waited a week for it, and wasted a day installing it, making cabinet and counter modifications to fit it--only to discover it is utterly useless. On top of that, the buttons are flimsy and the UI is terrible and confusing. You've been warned!

I loved this dishwasher for the first two years. Then the heating unit and motherboard broke, resulting in a $376 repair bill. With only my wife and I, we used the dishwasher maybe 5 times per week. I bought the recommended detergents and descaled the dishwasher monthly. Guess I'll avoid Bosch products in the future.

You get what you pay for, even when you buy a very high brand name

Purchased in April '15 door malfunctions and will not remain closed causing repeated stops and goes. Now we have to put a wedge between the door and countertop to prevent this fault. Very poor design on the latch mechanism and contact switch arrangement! No adjustment evident. Will have to remove inside covers to access this area and determine a fix. Best buy did not respond to my request for a receipt for warranty help so they are off my list for future purchases.

Needed a small black dishwasher for my newly remodeled kitchen. I wish the wash cycles weren’t so long and the items would dry quicker but they don’t. However for what I needed, it does the job.

Bosch 100 only lasted 2 years then had problems. The cost to fix it was almost as much as buying a new one. Very disappointed in this product. I should have bought the cheapest thing on the market if it will only last 2 years.

we had this one for 5 month and use for only 6 or 7 time and its stop working not draining. called for service. Nice look but not good and takes for ever to finish the cycle This is the first time I wrote bad review.

I purchased a Bosch based on the "supposed" good reputation. After only 2.5 years (and using the dishwasher only once every 2 weeks), it died on me with an "E23" error code. I attempted to have it repaired and first was told it was the "drain pump." When that did not fix the issue, then they said it might be the "valve." After they replaced that, it still did not drain and then there was no power coming through and so they said it's the "control board." I am up to $500 in repairs for a $449 machine. I do NOT recommend this product at all! Prior to this, it did not dry the dishes completely either.

Delivered and installed on time and with no fuss. The dishes was as expected for a model at the cheaper end of the spectrum. Very happy with my purchase and BestBuys.

It needs to be a recall. First dishwasher was replaced because of the faulty latch. The second one worked for a few weeks and guess what? The door pops open at latch doesn't work....AGAIN!! Awful, spend $600 on a dishwasher and it doesn't work. Unacceptable.

Even though I use a drying agent, the inside of the box is still wet when I open the door. The dishes seem to be dried ok.
