Nothing fits in the racks because the size of slats are screwy. I dont have any dishes that are abnormal sizes. Plus this dishwasher doesnt dry after the cycle runs. Everything is wet and spotted. I have to dry everything when unloading. I will say it is pretty quiet when running so that is a positivie.

This feedback is helpful to us and will be shared with the appropriate groups for further consideration. Your dishwasher is designed to dry using the PureDry® condensation drying process. This is an energy-efficient, closed drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. It works by heating the dishes with hot water during the final rinse. The cool stainless steel pulls moisture from the dishes. The inside of the unit will be wet at the end of the cycle, but the dishes should be dry. It's important to note that plastics don’t retain heat as well as other dishware materials and don’t dry as well. For optimum drying results, we recommend using rinse aid and the Extra Dry option. There are also troubleshooting tips on page 37 of the Use & Care manual, available on Bosch's website. Instructions for turning on the Intensive Drying feature are on page 29 of this manual. It was perfect for me, I do a little washing and did not need anything that was a powerful to do a small set of dishes. This unit works great and it is quiet!

It cleans so much better than our old dishwasher. This dishes are actually dry was well which is a welcome change to what we've experienced with prior washers. The standard cycle is a little long (over 2 hours) but it does such a good job that it's worth it. The only thing I don't like is that the dishwasher doesn't turn off it's power at the end of the cycle. You have to manually turn the power off.

It does not use a heating element to dry your dishes, so you can put anything on either level. I didn't have the highest expectations for this method but it works incredibly well, and honestly better than all the others I have owned.

Months later I'm completely satisfied. Yes it's a dishwasher, but it's one that thoroughly cleans grime and does so without the noise. Easy to use & efficient. My fiance & I highly recommend it!

If not for that, I would have hit 5 Stars. This thing is so quiet I had to lean my ear against it to make sure it was on!

So Far So Good

Might not be as quiet as the typically BOSCH products, but for the price (~$500+ cheaper) I can live with the 50 dB vs 44 dB. Dishes haven't been cleaner!!

It is replacing my Kenmore which I was happy with how I could organize everything in it. But I am happy that it fits in an awkward spot almost preventing door to go all the way due do to the stove being in the way. Someone made it a compromising fit when they made this model of a kitchen.

It looks great and works even greater! Cleans dishes as well as any dishwasher we’ve ever owned!

The bottom rack is configured so you can’t get many dishes in it like old “other brand” Takes over 2 hours for wash if I want hot water in the dishwasher. Past return time now I’m stuck with it for at least 5 years cuz I at least bought the extended warranty.

Controls are in the front as opposed to hidden. Still have to grab the manual when I want to move from auto to a different cycle.
