Does what a dishwasher is supposed to do

So far no problems let’s see if it last five years

small, difficult to load

It is difficult to load because everything goes in a specific place. The silverware goes into a divided space but sometimes the silverware does not get clean. I am doing a lot more pre-washing. I was reading the troubleshooting guide because dishes were not clean. The first line says to be sure that it is hooked up to a hot water pipe. This is hooked up to cold. (I guess Best Buy didn't read the installation guide) I suppose this could be why it does not live up to the advertising. But it also says it has great flow through heater for the water. It is just not wonderful.

Installation experience was excellent. Only thing is that after the installer left, I noticed that the corner of the door was dented (corner is a bit blunted). He was very careful, so I think it must have been there already. My previous Bosch dishwasher lasted for 11 years (other brand name washer lasted only 4!), so I think it’s worth paying a bit more (not getting a “deal”/sale) for the better quality.

Great Dishwasher, installation took forever

First appt was scheduled ASAP, about 10 days after purchase, and the valve was corroded open so they couldn't install. Our plumber replaced the valve in 2 days and the next appointment we could get was about 12 days out. I'm disappointed that they would not "expedite" the second appointment.
