Worst D/W I've Ever Had In My Entire Life

Have to read the manual just to change settings. Dishes flop around because they aren't secured by the ill-fitting prongs. Please take it back!!!

Bosch Dish washer

Ha! Long cycles. Lights go out when done which is scary now that my other dishwasher stopped turning on. Smaller measurements, but larger on the outside than my GE and two less plate settings. I do not feel like I gained anything. No option to dry without extra dry. Struggling with the noise.

Very unhappy with Bosch

Had I looked at the control panel on the display I would have bought another brand. I got my first look after it was installed I was so upset i almost went out and bought something else. What were they thinking when they designed the contols? What was wrong with the straight forward approach? . I had a tech savvy friend check it out and it only took her 15 minutes to figure out. That shouldn’t be. I’ll be glad to share my opinion with all my friends. Don’t want them making the same mistake I did.

Our salesman's product knowledge was great. We told him what we wanted and within five minutes of meeting him we found what we needed. He told us what to look for and what to avoid. Thanks

I’ve been on the phone for over six hours trying to get help with a dishwasher that stopped working after just one use, and still no one has taken responsibility or offered a real solution. This is completely unacceptable. You are selling defective products and providing the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Shame on you for treating customers this way. I will be escalating this issue to every possible channel — including formal complaints, online reviews, and legal action. You will definitely be hearing from my attorney. Absolutely disgraceful!

Knowing that it was a Bosch felt reassuring though because of its reputation so I purchased it over the phone with a Best Buy sales clerk. The dishwasher was promptly delivered but fell short in size abd the lack of drying.

They scheduled the delivery of my dishwasher twelve different times—and never once showed up. Each missed appointment meant I had to take time off work, then spend hours on the phone trying to get answers. The problem is worse because they use a third-party installer who tried to demand extra cash on the day of installation. Best Buy and their installer are completely disconnected, so no one takes responsibility—and nothing ever gets resolved. Their incompetence has cost me thousands of dollars in wasted time and lost income, and yet they refuse to refund me a single cent. Bottom line: Do not buy anything from Best Buy. Their customer service is, without question, the worst I’ve ever experienced.
