Outrageous installation and haul away fees. Had to properly install myself per code. Have purchased all my appliances at Best Buy. After this dishwasher experience reconsidering whether I'll buy from Best Buy again. Disappointed.

The water wouldn’t drain from it, following which I requested a replacement. The replacement and install was scheduled for a Saturday, on which they sent out the wrong team. The guys who came were so adamnant that we had to uninstall the dishwasher and place it outside for them. Later on, they finally admitted that they only did delivery and was not an intallation team. I called customer support and requested for a replacement this time and was scheduled for the following Tuesday. I has to stay home without going into office as I was given a 1-4 appointment. I received a call on the day of the appointment asking if I was OK with getting a dented dishwasher which of course I rejected. I still haven’t received a call on when the dishwasher will be delivered. I waited till the appointment window was complete and clled BestBuy support where the agent that responded tk my call was so frustrated that she wanted to just cancel my order and just hung up the phone. If your customer care agent gets so frustrated on hearing what’s going on, imagine the frustration that customers go through when we have to reschedule the delivery 3-4 times. Goes on to show how poor Bestbuy treats their customers, that too a “TotalTech member”.

Use Finish® Jet Dry® rinse aid to help dishes dry faster. *This doesn't have to be added for each cycle, you fill the reservoir then the dishwasher will indicate when the reservoir is empty and needs to be refilled.* 2. For everyday use, we recommend Auto Cycle, which is best for mixed loads of dishes with varying amounts of food soil. 3. Select special drying options like "Sanitize and Extra Dry". Sanitize operates at a higher temperature to help eliminate bacteria and enhance drying results. 4. When unloading clean dishes, pull out lower racks first to avoid dripping water from the upper rack. If these tips do not help improve drying, please contact our Customer Support team at 1-800-944-2904 for additional assistance. Thank you.
Disappointing purchase

Noisier than I expected. I give it a 4 or 5 out of 10 for noise. Plastics do not dry even on extra heat mode. The craziest thing? You can only set delay wash mode from the app! Who needs an app for a dishwasher? Does anyone do dishes on when away from home? My mother's dishwasher in 1984 had a delay timer. Would not recommend.
