Most of it's features, and frankly simple usability, are stuck in the app... Not on the device itself. This is akin to having a toilet you must use your phone to flush. On top of that, it dries like crap. That's because it is built to use a chemical drying agent "rinse aid." Never thought I'd have to say something like this, but... Besides researching price, size, number of racks, etc, apparently you should also double check the dishwasher actually washes via buttons on the unit and dries without needing more chemicals. Shame I can't add negative stars. Oh, and it SMELLS awful. (Sadly not a joke)

My last Best Buy purchase, ever

After the third cancellation on the day of delivery, I asked them to just take it back and give me a refund. They did and I bought from somewhere else. I'd recommend you do the same.
