Poor installation

After having them come out 2 additional times we decided to pay a plumber to repair their mess. Also had to replace the dishwasher as it didn’t work. Can’t use the new one untied the plumbing is fixed. What a time consuming experience.

Warranty only covers parts after that period and you need to use their authorized technicians. They charge $179 for the visit plus $25 for every 6 minutes of diagnosis. Does not dry at all

For the simple fact that it does not even slightly dry the dishes, I had to give it a 1 star. It even has an "extra dry" setting. Our previous cheap "builder grade" dishwasher dried far better than this one.

Won’t power on

Additionally, it is does not have adjustable racks as described. Dishwasher was already installed and Best Buy will not return my call.

Cleans the dishes well and I'm satisfied with that. I just wish the controls were much easier to understand because they are not.

It's supposed to be controllable with a smart phone, but I haven't been able to get that to work. I'm not a fan of the rack arrangements and the silverware container is small and awkward. I've had better dishwashers, but this one is fine. The installation experience was horribe. Never ever let Best Buy install your appliances. I had to pay someone else to do it after Best Buy failed and left my kitchen a wreck.
