Lots of settings (duration, energy efficiency, heat, you name it. I wish that the app would allow for the dishwasher to auto start (at a particular time), but no complaints

The dishes are completely clean at the end of the cycle which was a wonderful thing compared to the previous d/w I owned. This brand might be a bit more expensive than others but it is WELL WORTH THE COST.

However, I don't like the fact that there is a lot of water after the cleaning inside the dishwasher and on the top of the cups. I called Bosch and they said that this is normal?! It is ok for the money. Not that easy to use either.

Your dishwasher is designed to dry using the PureDry® condensation drying system. This is an energy-efficient, closed drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. This process works by heating the dishes with hot water during the final rinse. The cooler stainless steel pulls moisture from the dishes. The inside of the unit will be wet at the end of the cycle, but the dishes should be dry. It's important to note that plastics don’t retain heat as well as other dishware materials and don’t dry as well. To improve drying results, we recommend turning on the Intensive Drying feature. So there have been a lot of dishes to wash. Pros: - I like the display - it tells you everything you need to know while it's running - I like the utensil holders - Good height and placement of the racks - I can load in larger cooking sheets and pans with ease - The installation was wonderful we used Geek Squad by Best Buy - It was on sale and the price was right! Cons: - smaller depthwise than the last dishwasher, we can only fit maybe 3/4th of what we used to fit - I run it more often because it is smaller - the door hinge of the dishwasher is stiff, it doesn't pull all the way down and lay flat, so loading the bottom rack is challenging until it is heavy enough with dishes to stay flat - louder than our last dishwasher Overall, this would be good for a smaller family 2-3 people. But we are 4 including 2 teenagers and we are running this 2+ times a day.

The dishes come out almost completely dry with very little wiping needed. The only thing I would change is the layout of the bottom section.

DIFFICULT RACK LOADING

Our dinner plates (which were only a few years old) would not fit between the dividers. I had to purchase new dinnerware in order to use the dishwasher. The cost to return and replace the installed dishwasher, would've been cost prohibitive. The divider size is not something I naively did not check ahead of time. The top rack for drink ware is also a very narrow ledge, but is usable. I would recommend checking the interior size of the dishwasher and rack configuration before purchasing this diswasher.
