I don't even know that it's on. Yes, it's been a while since I had a new dishwasher but this one is really, really quite and cleans well. The only issue I've found is loading the dog food bowls. I now put them on top and that seems to work the best. All in all, I highly recommend the dishwasher and Best Buy installation was the best! The guys knew what they were doing and kept everything clean and tidy as they installed it.

This is great at washing the dishes and is quiet as a church mouse but, loading it might take a while to get use too! The inside is a little tight for the bowls and dishes, trying to follow the way to load it in the user handbook

I initially was looking for a Whirlpool dishwasher, but there was too much of a delay in getting one, and I had been without my dishwasher for two months already. The sales guy asked if I would consider a Bosch. After some quick texts to my husband, we discovered that this Bosch was highly rated by Consumer Reports. We opted to install ourselves, and installation was quick and easy. This machine is so quiet, you don't hear the motor at all; you only hear a small amount of water swishing around throughout the wash cycle. Dishes come out so clean! The machine is smaller than my previous KitchenAid, but I am still able to fit a normal day's worth of dishes for my family of 3.

This model was recommended by Consumer Reports magazine for cleaning dishes well and for its cost. I have had the dishwasher 2 months and have not had any trouble with the unit (although I would expect not to at this point). Consumer Reports magazine rated Bosch dishwashers among the most reliable brands. Controls are easy to manipulate. The only downside I see is that the dishwasher does not include a time remaining indicator showing how many minutes are left until the dishes are ready, but it does include LED's that tell you what part of the wash/dry cycle the dishwasher is currently executing.

This dishwasher is super quiet. You can barely hear it running. I actually put a dish with dried BBQ on it and it can out completely clean and I was using the 'normal' setting not the 'heavy' setting. Consumer Report says this is the #2 rated dishwasher and I can see why. It is smaller on the inside (compared to my last dishwasher), but it makes up for it by cleaning the dishes soooo much better and I like all the other features as well. I'm getting used to having the controls on top of the door and not being readily visible. There is no drying cycle, but I have used the 'sanitize' and it does a good job to help dry the dishes if I'm in a hurry. You can turn the beeper signal on or off depending on which you prefer. I don't want to hear it or be repeatedly reminded that the dishes are finished. Uses less soap. Wish Bosch would make this dishwasher in Bisque/Almond!!!

Modern looking, easy-to-use, efficient dishwasher! Washes and dries very well. So quiet I had to open the door to confirm it was in the wash cycle! Well pleased with this purchase from Best Buy!

Very pleased with this purchase. I was a little concerned about the noise level based on other reviews but in comparison to our previous dishwasher (15 years old), this is quiet. I had read a good review of this item on Consumer Reports so wasn't too concerned about quality and their review was right on target. The dishwasher's capacity is quite good, although regular sized bowls are difficult to find spots for. I would buy this item again.

Best Buy failed time and time again with delivery and resolution of this dishwasher. Unbelievably terrible customer service and experience with bestbuy.com. Dishwasher is very quiet and cleans well, but is difficult to arrange the dishes with a full load.

We just bought this dishwasher after ours gave out. This is the best dishwasher we have owned so far. It's super fast, cleans dishes very well, and it's so quiet you don't even know it's running! It was a little more than we wanted to spend, but I am so glad that we did because it is worth every penny so far!

Bosch dishwasher cleans extremely well. Super quiet and easy to use.

We got this dishwasher with free install on a limited offer. After looking at a number of models from a variety of brands, the Bosch came well rated and offered the stainless steel look and handle we were after. The tines are a bit tight and it requires some getting used to, but the wash is CLEAN and the machine is QUIET as can be. I had to listen up close to make sure it was running. So far so good, thanks Best Buy!

We picked this dishwasher because we know people who have had good success Bosch brand dishwashers. We also picked it because this particular model is made in America (not true of all Bosch models). It also was rated very well in a national consumer product reports magazine. This model has hidden controls. This seems to be popular but I would rather have the controls where I can see them so I can more easily monitor the status of a particular load.

Although this machine does a good job at washing dishes and operates very quietly, it is not easy to load if you are washing prep bowls, tools etc. If all you wash are plates cups and saucers, it is ok. My old GE met my loading needs in a far superior manner.

For the price this is a solid dishwasher. It does a good job, and is pretty quiet. The main negative is that the buttons and status indicator lights are on the top of the door, so are not visible when the door is closed. That means you do not visually know the status of the washer without opening the door and potentially interrupting a cycle.

After doing some research on dishwashers after mine broke, I decided to buy a Bosch dishwasher. My old one was a Whirlpool which came with the house when I bought it. The Bosch is very quiet, so quiet that the first couple of times I used it I had to check on it to make sure it was running. My dishes come out clean and not spotty like they did with my old dishwasher (using the same Finish detergent and Jet Dry). The only "negative" thing I've noticed about the Bosch is a slight odor between washes (I usually run it once every 1 1/2 days). I may just have to wash more often to avoid that. Other than that, I'm very pleased with the Bosch!

I'll admit, I didn't believe it when they said this was a quiet dishwasher. During this things whole cycle, you can hear it maybe twice. It's been a lifesaver, as we used to have to schedule our dishwasher to run after we went to bed. This thing also gets dishes spotless. This technology has come a long way since I last bought a washer. The only reason for four starts and not five, was it has a little less space than our old washer, but i think that's due to the thickness of the insulation, but that's the pay off for a quieter appliance.

There are still always some things ( a knife put in crowded with other items, or a serving spoon with rice stuck to it) that need a hand-finishing-touch, but overall does a good enough job. We got it on a slight sale. Was recommended by Consumer Reports. We have NOT had any problems with any odor (as I had seen in other reviews) - just have to know to remove and rinse out the filter in the bottom (it does not have a "garbage disposal" built into it.)

Much better than our old kitchen aid, but a new kitchen aid may be just as good. Does feel like not as much room. Racks with narrow slots. Still trying to figure out best way to fit our dishes. I was worried about not having a drying element, but it heats the water great and dries just as well as our old one or better. We do use a drying aid as suggested. I wish it had an external light to know when it is done. Super quiet. Have to put ear up to it to hear if it is running. My wife loves it. We will see how long it lasts though. Did not buy geek squad.

This dishwasher is delightfully quiet, yet extremely competent at cleaning all types of dishes. I've never ventured from the automatic setting, and been impressed by the reliably great results. Minus one star because its only drawback is that it makes cryptic single beep sounds when you start or end a cycle, or after a cycle is complete. The beeps are all the exact same length and tone, so there is nothing that sounds like a "bad buzzer" or "happy song" to indicate what is going on (start? stop? errror??) in a self-explanatory way. It also beeps every ~five minutes for hours after a cycle is done. The manual isn't great -- it requires flipping between pages to see what each numbered button is labeled in plain English. A good manual shouldn't require a decoder key. I would still get this dishwasher again, since it is good at its job, and my family's dishes need us to run it daily.

Very quiet dishwasher. Love the sanitize function. Dishwasher remembers your most recent setting, which is a nice feature. Only complaint is the brackets that hold dishes are angled, which makes it challenging to fit salad bowls or any other type of bowl.
