This dishwasher works great. My only complaint is the racks are a little challenging to work with.

The two fellows We’re very nice and respectful but due to old plumbing they could not hook up our dishwasher it is still sitting in our living room waiting for our handyman to come and install it

I liked my old Bosch dishwasher better. It was 15 plus years old. Loading it was much better. This one is difficult to get the dishes to fit properly. Also, it is much wetter inside after it has finished the wash cycle. Consumer reports rated it no. 1. That's why I bought this one.

Plastic drying is not quite as great as Consumer Reports indicates, but, other than that, this dishwasher lives up to expectations.

well when its not DRY THE PLATES are not dry too so its barely cleaning the stuff and always Humid,, if its continue will have to return the times .. the lack of INFO also is terrible YOU can see the cycle or what going on ,, if YOU dare to open the door the machine will not do the job anymore and will have to start the cycle all over again,,,Not right not good

Love the dishwasher but the 6' Deluxe Dishwasher Install Kit ($32.46) and Bosch power cord are not needed. The dishwasher came with all the necessary items to connect it.

Unit failed to operate within two weeks. Checked reviews and consumer reports and it was one of the recommended models. Seems to be the controller board. When the start button is pushed and the door closes, it cycles within 2-4 seconds and then says it is done. Called Bosch service and they confirmed. Called the supplier and said I did not want it repaired, I want it replaced. They agreed. Going to give it another try only because it was recommended in CC and maybe we just got a lemon. If it fails this time, out it goes and we will try a different manufacturer. Was super quiet the 3 times it actually worked.

I wish we had replaced our yucky builder grade dishwasher years ago! This machine gets goop off of dishes with apparent ease, and is soooooo quiet!! It is wonderful!!

Had to find and buy a replacement dishwasher before the holidays without breaking the bank. This dishwasher fits the bill. Bosch has a great reputation and this dishwasher does not disappoint.

My old Bosch dishwasher lasted more than 20 years so went back to this brand again. It works great, however, it is much louder than my old one. I expected it to be quieter. I mostly run it at night when I go to bed so not really a deal breaker, but others might find it annoying.

Don't buy, I know consumer reports gave it a high rating, but it's awful as is Bosch customer support. Probably will just junk it after two months. A complete waste of 700.00. Never stops running about half the time. Can't even begin to estimate how much electricity and water this has used. Have tried everything Bosch has recommended, nothing has changed but based on other reviews, it's just a garbage appliance.

Excellent dishwasher! Love the hidden buttons!! The racks inside even have stem for wine glasses. You can higher the racks if need more space.

BUYER BEWARE - Dishwasher barely 2 years old now will not heat water. booked service call through Bosch, figured they would know best. Service tech comes to the house and asks what is wrong, tell him it will not heat water. Says the repair is estimated at $406. Price breaks down to $99 for the part, $160 for Labor ($40 per 15min), Tax, and 129$!!!! for the Trip fee to diagnose the issue. Note that the troubleshooting involved was asking me what was wrong and writing up the invoice. Needless to say I am disappointed in a 2 year old dishwasher that was $650 brand new costs over $400 to repair. Honestly Bosch, you could have had a customer for life as I liked this dishwasher much better than the last, and was considering upgrading other appliances.

Seems to be a good basic quality for Bosch. In the end I opted to spend a bit more for the Bosch 800 series.
