Know what you are buying! All euro design DW these days are smaller inside than the US brands. They all say they can fit 14 place settings. Maybe. The racks are tighter together, so that might be how they manage that. dishes still get clean when you pack them in! My pre Energy Star era DW held a lot. But, I learned that all energy star DW have dropped the "food grinder" feature. And, no more exposed heating element for dry cycle. I was freaked out about this, but i was wrong. Dishes come out HOT! Use the jet dry fluid, and everything dries great. Have not noticed food debris in bottom. SILENT, but long operation, even on the dirt sensor cycle is >1.5 hrs.

We thought it was the install was bad as after the installers left after they started a load, when it finished, the door “popped” and wouldn’t close. Took a week for them to return and was told “it wasn’t the install, it was a defective unit”. So we’ve had it for 3 weeks and not been able to do a load of dishes in it. Still not sure it wasn’t the install. Disappointed both in Best Buy, and the company that they contract with to install. Waiting this long is ridiculous.

Suppose to receive August 3rd. I was rescheduled to Oct 2nd. Not happy

I bought this dishwasher based on its review from Consumer Reports. I can't believe they steered me so wrong. This dishwasher is tiny! We are a family of 4 and I'm having to run it at lease twice a day. I've had this dishwasher for a week and I'm returning it. It cannot hold all the dishes from cooking and eating a meal, meaning one meal for our family equates to two loads in this dishwasher. Other reviews have said this dishwasher gets the dishes really clean. One reason why is that the racks and tines are so weird that you can barley fit your dishes in it so the dishwasher it not full when you run a load. The entire machine is small and the tines are set so close that my plates don't fit and I definitely couldn't get a pot or large pan in it. If you are a couple this dishwasher may be good for your needs but it is insufficient for a family.

The Bosch is a great diswasher. Our kitchen is open to the great room and when the dishwasher is running you can not even hear it until it pumps the dirty water back through the sink drain. All you hear is the water flowing. The racks are much smaller than most other manufactures but nothing you can't get used too. However, the racks have way too many tines. Some rows fold down but those that don't are spaced too close together making it difficult to load your dishes. Not a deal breaker though. Just going to take time to find the best way to load the dishes we use. Everything comes out very clean and amazingly dry for not having any source of heated drying.

Figured id buy a good dishwasher but i was wrong. This unit lasted 2yrs and 3 months. Was told the pump, board, and heating element went bad. The board was covered but nothing else. Would cost over $400 to repair. Do not recommend bosch products.

Bestbuy delivered installed and removed the old dishwasher. However, the new dishwasher has NEVER worked, not even one tie since installation and we are not able to get a hold of anyone to come and fix it.

Not only is there no way to tell if it's working, I can't get it to start without many tries. I have stood in front of the dishwasher, book in hand, for 30 minutes b/4 giving up and hand washing the dishes. I hate this product!

This is a really good dishwasher especially for the money. It looks great and is pretty compact, front to back and top to bottom if you have a tighter fit. It cleans very well, and drys well including plastic like tupperware. It is also very quiet. The prongs allow for efficient use of space and fits our tall (pint) glasses. Some cons- The auto cycle is fairly long it seems. When the dishwasher finishes it beeps, but then it beeps every thirty minutes or so until you open it. The top rack is not adjustable, the filter is not self cleaing All in all we are very happy with our purchase and would purchase again.

This unit has been nothing but a disappointment. The front door is flimsy and flexible, the bottom roller basket falls out of the track often and after two years the until won't drain or reset with all hoses clear. Stay away from this unit!

We bought this Bosch dishwasher because it had the highest rating from Consumer Reports. We liked the look of it as well with the stainless steel finish. It cleans everything well and makes almost no noise. A red light at the base of the unit that shines on the floor is the only indication that the unit is running unless you are very close to it. The silverware basket is ample and allows the user to separate individual pieces of flatware. It holds quite a bit, although you do have to be a bit creative with larger pots and pans. Many of the rows of tines fold down to make that task a bit easier though. The washing cycle is long, well over an hour, but the results are excellent. The unit has a filter that should be checked from time to time. That filter is easily removable for cleaning. We are well satisfied with the dishwasher and recommend it highly.

THE SERVICE WAS GREAT FROM BOTH BEST BUY AND THE WHEN THEY CAME TO INSTALL IT... BUT THE PRODUCT WAS DEFECTED

It's quiet. It's pretty. It cleans adequately. But then it started beeping when I tried to start a load. After finding the solution on youtube, of all places, the filter needed to be cleaned. Later I found that my filter was clean. I did pull the filter but the accumulated water and debris automatically found it's way into the pump as soon as I pulled the filter. Design flaw.... Yikes. Now I'm a filter and pump cleaning expert but now it just errors and beeps when there is no obstruction in the pump and the filter is pristine. So now I'm looking online for a top rated dishwasher that doesn't clog on a grain of rice or almond shard. My last dishwasher lasted 25 years and never clogged. Bosch wanted to send a tech out to "fix" what was broken on my dime. I suspect the fix will be a band-aid so we're doing better research for the next one. Fingers crossed.

Cannot Believe Bosch would make appliance with absolutely no indicator, that dishwasher is Running, Replaced with KitchenAid Love It !

After reading this was one of the best dishwashers according to consumer reports, I bought it based on that alone. I've heard good things about Bosch, so it was a no brainer. Overall, I was a little disappointed since I expected it to be the best. What I like: super quiet, good brand, dishes are clean. What I do not like: water sits in the bottom drain resulting in a stench if not used for a while, a manual filter you have to clean out periodically, on/off button - why?, complicated button menu, smaller trays than my previous kenmore.

We are upgrading this one for one with controls on outside of door and also for the extra heat option. Hope we like the new one which is on order.

Does not clean my dishes. Have to remove the food before wash cycle and foam filled tub after every use.

First, I am a picky shopper - love value for the money. I certainly got that. This dishwasher is the most quiet I've had and does a wonderful job of cleaning. I love the s/s interior, much nicer looking than plastic and looks clean all the time. The hidden controls are great, and very functional; I can always tell if the dishes are clean or dirty when I open the door. The only noise comes from the release of the soap tablet, which has a loud thunk. Powder or gel are not usable, only tablets, which is a slight drawback, but keeps me from mixing the wrong gels and costing me a $ 150 repair bill to clean out the soap dispenser like my last dishwasher did. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the performance and also got a great deal on the price.

Misleading and overpriced sale with 6 week delay from promised delivery.

You need new installation company! They set up installs and cancel or just don't show. With no notice!
