I purchased this dishwasher about 6 weeks ago. I am so happy with my decision. It is extremely quiet. I'm often not sure it is really running. It cleans great and the water left on the dishes is minimal.

I have used this dishwasher 4 or 5 times since it was delivered. It does a nice job with cleaning but unfortunately everything is still very wet when the cycle finally ends. I have tried using the highest heated dry setting but that doesn't seem to make much difference. One other minor complaint: some of the controls are not intuitive. Until you memorize the various button sequences, you'll need the manual to remember how to change some of the settings.

I bought this dishwasher since it was reviewed and recommended by Consumer Reports. Our dishes, plates and silverware are definitely cleaner than with our old dishwasher and I like the Auto-wash feature that measures the amount on the racks. As I stated above, the racks take some getting use to. They're obviously for people who don't do a lot of cooking or eat leftovers. What do I mean? There are more spaces for little plates and bowls and not for storage containers or pots.

Dishwasher is good. Super quiet! Does a great job of getting the dishes clean. Rack configuration could use some work.

Love everything about this dishwasher except that it doesn't have a heated dry cycle like my Samsung did. It's not always an issue but as a mom who washes many bottles, they always have condensation still in them and I have to dry them in the sterilizer. Otherwise, this is a super high quality dishwasher, very quiet and gets every dish every time. Bosch recommends to use the Finish tabs and I will say, it makes a difference. You can buy a huge tub at Costco for cheap.

The dishwasher looks and performs great. It is very quiet and was easy to install. I would highly recommend this dishwasher based on price and performance. Really great value here.

Ranked #3 on Consumer Reports but half the price of #1&2. Works well. Very quiet. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles and The rack is a little squeaky when you open it, but for the price and quality it's a great buy.

So far so good! Dishwasher cleans great with no streaks and is very quiet. Of note, the racks are a little smaller than my older one. Unfortunately, had two deliveries. The first one was installed before they realized the inside was damaged. They said they couldn't uninstall and reinstall my old one. So had to wait over a week (no dishwasher) before they could redeliver.

good product, performance so far has met expectations. Disappointed in the rack design for dishes. very difficult to position bowls and odd shaped items. Do not like the individual silverware holder, believe that could be better. Cleaning of dishes and other items is very good, unit is very quiet.

I have only had it for about 6 weeks. Controls are hidden, and it is quiet, so I am not always sure it is running unless I open the door. Yu have to clean the filter manually, but it is very easy to do. I need to see if there is a way to turn off the beep every time you close the door.

Simple to operate, adequate space for large loads and extremely quiet while running

Extremely quiet, but inside is much smaller than original dishwasher that was replaced. I can only fit two medium size pots and a couple dishes in bottom rack. The inside panel takes some getting use to, but no issues. It does beep a couple times when finished.

Very satisfied with dishwasher. Extremely quiet, cleans and drys very well. BEWARE or free installation, My free installation cost and additional 235.00 dollars. Fifty for permit was acceptable. $ 85.00 for a new ball valve by plumber. (took 2 minutes to install!!) $100 for an electrician to install outlet to plug cord into, (Supposedly to bring up to code),

We had been looking for a replacement dishwasher for a while. This dishwasher is extremely quiet and does an outstanding job. Love the stainless steel tub and the delay feature.

We really love how quiet this dishwasher is..so quiet we sometimes don't know it is running. That being said we don't like the layout of the dish holding trays. After 6 months we still don't have an ideal way of getting it loaded.

Very quite running washer and dishes come out clean

This dishwasher is amazing! Our last dishwasher did nothing, I don't know how many times I pulled out dishes that were caked in food, grime, or soap scum. The Bosch takes it all off the first time through, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a dishwasher. I even purposely left dishes in the sink over night to give it a hard core test, and it handled dried on spaghetti, oatmeal, and taco dip like it wasn't even there. I'm not a representative for Bosch, nor do I own Bosch stock, just a regular guy that researched for a week on which was the best (which Consumer Reports says it is, and I agree). Additionally this dishwasher is super quiet, in fact so quiet I've accidentally opened it while it's in wash mode multiple times.

very quiet dishwasher that cleans very well, has many options but takes a long time and there is no visible controls once you start whether it's on or how long before it finishes.

The machine gets the dishes clean-- but the controls are confusing and the dishes do not get dry-especially plastics. My main issue is that when the machine is loaded w dirty dishes and waiting to run, it smells! Never had this problem w a dish machine! It may be worth the extra cost to buy a higher end Bosch or different manufacturer. I bought based on CR review and am disappointed.

Been waiting for a new dishwasher for awhile. We had a Bosch before and loved it. We had to leave it behind when we sold our old house. This one has been a joy so far in the 3 weeks we've had it. After checking the Consumer Reports for 2016 & 2017 decided on this one. Even though other models were more expensive, this one was rated higher. In 2016 it was rated #3 & 2017 it was rated #6. Not bad for less than $600! Other models that were twice the price were rated far below this one. If you're going to buy one, make sure the serial number is SHX3 NOT SHX5, which although the name and price are the same the SHX5 was rated much lower. We didn't need the stainless steel which saved us around $100 and we were able to get free installation as the weekly special. That more than paid for the extended warranty. The machine is quiet and does an excellent job washing as long as we use the right soap & Lemi Shine dish detergent booster since we have very hard water at the house. We're thrilled!!!
