It’s a very quiet unit cleans very well. The controls are a bit odd to me, it does not have any indication power is on when you start the unit or when it’s running.

It got very good reviews and, so far, it operates very well. One negative is that the dishracks are not very user friendly. Set up seems a bit haphazard and tines are a bit too close together for thicker plates.

Picked this dish washer because it was rated well in consumer reports for the price in our budget. It turnedout to be less at best buy than we were prepared for. It works very well. Everything has come out clean every time. It does seem to run a bit long but it pretty quite so it isnt an issue

This dishwasher is very quiet and doesn't interrupt family time. However it is very small on the inside and the spacing that is allowed for plates and such is way too close together. On the top where you normally would put glasses it doesn't allow enough space to fit the glasses properly. If they redesign the inside this would be a fantastic dishwasher. It cleans well, it's nice and quiet but it's just too small for a large family.

I always run a full load of dishes, and I always use the quick wash cycle. After about a month of use, the machine continues to do an excellent job of cleaning the dishes and utensils. It is somewhat challenging to load. There are only 3 components that are moveable or changeable, and the top rack is somewhat shallow. I have managed to run with loads similar to my previous, very flexible machine, with the difference that all of the dishes come out clean. All in all, I can comfortably recommend this dishwasher.

We have been without a dishwasher for three years. Our old dishwasher was pretty useless, so this seems like a dream come true. Dishes really don't need any pre-rinsing. They are fully cleaned every time. The washer runs smoothly and quietly. And the adjustable settings have allowed me to truly get spotless, dry dishes at the end of the cycle. Only critiques is the silverware holder is oddly arranged in my opinion, and you definitely have to read the directions numerous times to correctly adjust power, drying, and sanitation settings. They are not obvious.

This basic model is very basic. It cleans and dries (as long as you have Finish Rinse Aid) fairly well. That's it. The only way you know the system is running is by listening to it. The only way you know the dishes are clean is by listening for the little tones it makes. This is not very useful for people who are hard of hearing since it doesn't have the "Info Light" that Bosch touts. The capacity is pretty small - which isn't a big deal, but just another ding.

Bought because of the reviews, happy so far. I like the performance and how quiet it is. Not a big fan of not seing the controls without opening the door. Overall I’m happy I purchased it!

Replaced 5-yr old Maytag with design flaw that shorted out controls. Brand switch! Bosch appears to be well-built, quiet, and cleans well. Only drawback is the bottom rack that easily drops off of its guide track. Hopefully this brand will last. I expect at least 20 years of service from a major appliance.

Great washer for the money. Very quite, cleans dishes well. A little extra effort getting used to rack position's. Dishes dry well, as long as you leave door closed a little longer after cycle finishes. Overall, very satisfied to this point.

I checked Consumer Reports before deciding which dishwasher to purchase. Although I have only been using the Bosch for a month, it does an excellent job at cleaning the dishes. It took me a while to get used to it because it is very different than my previous dishwasher. The first time I used it, I didn't think it was working because it is so quiet! I wish the indicators would stay lit while in use so that you know for sure that it's on. Also, I wish the ending signal were a little louder because it's difficult to hear over the TV and air conditioner. These are minor issues. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

We are absolutely thrilled with the new Bosch dishwasher we got from Best Buy. It's so quiet that you almost cannot hear it running even when standing in front of it, which is a big plus. Our dishes have not been this clean since we purchased them - every load comes out sparkling clean, and my wife asked if I had purchased new silverware or glasses. It is very easy to load, simple to add detergent, and has many cycles for different types of loads. Another plus is the sanitize feature to keep dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, and pot and pans very clean - an important feature in cold and flu season. We are extremely satisfied and would recommend a Bosch to anyone.

This model gets high marks for wash quality, speed, and quietness and dismal marks for design elements. The lower rack frequently jumps the track whether it is empty or full (but it is worse when it is full). I have read reviews dating back over five years complaining about this problem that could easily be rectified with a slight design change on the door and deeper wheel grooves— but this an issue that has been ignored by the maker on multiple models for many years. Really Bosch?! Also, the interior appears to have been designed and configured by someone who has never actually loaded a dishwasher or used substantial glasses, mugs, deep bowls or curved large plates. Unfortunately I did little research before purchasing because my brother recommended this model so highly. Of course he highlighted the wash quality and quietness but he obviously has never loaded the thing or his recommendation would not have been so stellar. I wish I had my trouble-free KA back but someone tripped and bent the door. I thought a Bosch would be an upgrade but the only upgrade has been to my frustration level. I would not recommend this product to a friend without a clear assessment of the frustrating cons.

It seems like most dishwasher models have become smaller. This model was rated highly by Consumer reports. One things I can't comment on is reliability as we have only had it for 2 months. Overall it does a nice job cleaning, I just haven't figured out how to pack those odd, plastic storage or serving dish items.

I purchased this based upon reviews by Consumer Reports, and I have not been disappointed. I have had this for several months now and would definitely purchase it again. The cleaning results are amazing. I have tried putting in many dishes that had dried on gunk, or peanut butter on silverware. All have come out clean. Much better than my prior Whirlpool. It dries incredibly well, without a heating element; which is nice, because you no longer have to worry about melting dishes on the bottom rack. Dishes come out dry - there's an occasional drip or two on top of cups sometimes, but I got that on my last dishwasher that had an active heating element. It cleans and dries the dishes very quickly, and the results couldn't be better. It is very quiet, so much so that I often can't tell if it is on or not without telling everyone to stop talking for a moment so I can listen.

We really like this dishwasher so far. It is nice and quiet (especially compared to our previous one), does a great job with dishes so far (we've had it for a little over a month), and is providing great value for the purchase price. The instructions do leave a little bit to be desired and initial startup takes a couple times to get used to. Cleaning out the drain filter is very easy to do and has good access. We're still figuring out optimal load configurations for our dishes but that's to be expected with a new dishwasher.
