Wet dishes - condensation problem

From what I read online, I understood Bosch was a pretty good machine. But I have a few issues with the machine I purchased. The rack design is terrible, but I can work with that. My BIGGEST issue with this machine is the drying. It has a big condensation problem. Even with the heat drying on, if you don't get your dishes out right away (I leave the door open, so the dishes cool off first) they are wet again due to condensation.
