Fantastic dishwasher, quiet and does a great job on dishes

this dishwasher is compact, and a little smaller than my previous dishwasher. however, the dishes come out quite clean; it is very quiet--I run it at bedtime, and empty it in the morning. great value!

So far so good. Have only had it about 3 weeks. After getting rid of a "Lemon" with which we had multiple issues of the same origin, this is a blessing. I love that it is quiet, the mechanical buttons are I think nice and it is a simple menu. Dishes are clean and dry with drying agent and the extra dry setting. Some folks don't like the racks and say it holds a bit less and there may be some issues with loading, but I really don't see a difference either way. We like it or should I say I as I use it most.

I am so glad I ungraded to a Bosch. I have always heard good things about the brand but this is amazing. Not only is there a lot of room but it is so quiet and does such a good job in a small amount of time.

I've been through a few dishwashers and tried a few different brands. At one point, I just bought what was cheap, and that was a mistake. There is a long list of excellent things about this dishwasher. It is so quiet that no one even knows it's running other than the red light displayed on the floor that means it's running. The dishes, no matter how dirty, come out clean every time. I see many posts about dishes not getting dried. I must say, never once has this been an issue. The only time the dishes have come out not dry was when someone interrupted the wash cycle and didn't bother to close the door for it to finish. If you are on the fence, don't hesitate, this dishwasher is excellent.

This diswasher does an amazing job and is quiet!!!

It seems silly to me that Best Buy would want a review when I have only had the washer for about a week, but that is what they want so here goes: The Washer washes great. We run it at night and the next morning the Dishes are clean, dry and ready to be put away. I don't know why I did not notice it in the store but the top rack has a lot of little dish support post the are too short and point in several different directions. This makes it cumbersome to load.

This Bosh dishwasher lives up to the brand name. It's sleek-looking, and does an effective job of cleaning dishes. I'm not convinced having the controls hidden on the top of the door is the best design choice, though.

This dishwasher replace my old GE dishwasher. I very happy how well the Bosch cleans dishes, glasses and is very quiet.

Wow dishwashers have come along way since I last had to buy one! We bought this one as a replacement to the very basic whirlpool that came with our house. I actually had to go into the kitchen and check on it to make sure it was working because it was so quiet! Having been used to the loud sounds my other washer made, this one sounds like it's not even on! The racks are well designed for maximum load. It's got an easy clean filter (i had to pull my old one completely out to unclog it) and the dishes are so much cleaner, it's unbelievable. seriously the best money I've spent in a long time. Even the cheapest Bosch dishwasher is so much better than the competition.

The Bosch Ascenta 24 is a whisper quiet dishwasher and you will be able to watch television in the adjacent room without so much as raising the volume on your set. Recommended by Consumer Reports, it is a smart purchase given its price range.

My previous GE Profile dishwasher died after seven years. GE is getting out of the appliance business, and the cosmetics on their latest Profile line have changed. So we felt free to look at alternative manufacturer's dishwashers. The Bosch dishwasher we bought was slightly smaller than our old dishwasher, so there is a slightly larger gap between the dishwasher and the surrounding cabinet. As a result, I think this contributes to a slightly noisier operation from the new dishwasher, but in retrospect, our old one was a more expensive model and included a lot more insulation surrounding it. The smaller dimensions of the Bosch concerned us a little at first, but we've found that once we learned how to use the internal racks correctly, we've been able to load at least as many dishes into the Bosch as we could into our old GE, and possibly more. The Bosch cleans our dishes really well. They come out of the dishwasher gleaming. The evaporative drying that this and all modern dishwashers seem to employ leaves a little water pooled on top of inverted mugs and on lightweight plastic storage bins, but this was also the case for our old washer and really isn't a problem for us. We have been having trouble figuring out how to get the "delayed wash" feature to work on this dishwasher. I THINK I'm following the directions correctly, but have yet to be able to get the washer to automatically start one or two hours in the future. This has not been a big deal for us either, but I do need to follow up with Bosch to figure out if there is a defect in our unit or simply a defect between my ears. Because of the slightly louder than expected operation and the trouble with the delayed start feature, I'm giving the Bosch only four stars out of five. But we've been generally satisfied. It cleans and dries our dishes really well, It's nice looking, and it's reasonably quiet.

Really like this dishwasher. We are very happy with it. We’d prefer a dishwasher that had a stainless steel interior,but for the price, this was perfect. We especially love how quiet it is.

I purchased my Bosch Dishwasher and had it installed by Best Buy, via a free installation promotion from Bosch. The purchase and installation experience went as well as could be expected. The dishwasher initially was impressive, exceptionally quiet and the dishes came out cleaner than expected. Day 32, started the dishwasher, just as it had been started from the day it was installed, and shortly after the start the unit began beeping and then stopped working with error codes flashing on the digital read out. I called Bosch and waited over 10 minutes to speak with a representative. I advised the rep of the situation and was told I needed to schedule a service appointment. I was advised that the next appointment was in 5 days, age or newness of the unit is not a consideration for service priority. So, as of this writing, I am waiting for Bosch to come out and repair my new dishwasher, 4 more days to go. The last dishwasher I had lasted 17 years before its first and last failure (Maytag). Bosch may get great reviews and Best Buy pushes them like there is no tomorrow, but the one I purchased appears to be junk. If the wait time to speak with a rep and the excessive time to come out and repair a new product is any indication of Bosch quality, you may want to consider other brands.

So far we are very happy with the product. Install was breeze. Far less noisy than our previous dish washer. It definitely has less space for the dishes.

Takes some time to learn procedures for best results. Very quiet. Cleans and dries well if properly loaded. Haven't used long enough to estimate water and electricity efficiency.

great but it doesn't seem to have a lot of room or flexibility to easily add dishes. The bottom rack has all the slots on a diagonal which makes it hard to load things in there

I have been very impressed with this dishwasher. I have always owned cheaper dishwashers and the extra cost is definitely worth it. My favorite part is how quiet it is.
