Had an excellent experience with buying a dishwasher at Best Buy and its delivery/installation. I'd never purchased a large appliance like this at Best Buy. But when my parents' dishwasher broke on them (spring 2021) I looked at the usual suspects (Home Depot and Lowe's) they were out of stock for a long time on Bosch dishwashers. I was told due to global supply issues, microchips, etc. But a friend told me they bought their entire new kitchen's applicants at Best Buy with a new Best Buy credit card, got a bunch of cash back, discount, etc. I'll plan to do this myself when I update things soon. So I went into a store and they had several Bosch's to choose from (I went for middle-upper grade) and it was delivered in 3 days. The delivery-install team was great. Super friendly and removed the old unit and installed the new one around a tight squeeze in the kitchen. Great experience. This Bosch dishwasher itself has been great for my parents so far. Not too tricked out with tech. But simple and easy to use. I think I'm only going to buy Bosch appliances going forward. It seems there's just a bit more of a build quality versus other, cheaper brands.

Dishwasher is pretty nice, for being a lower model. Don't like that we can't turn off the annoying end of wash beep. The bottom rack doesn't glide smoothly onto the door when rolling out, you have to actually lift it over onto the door. Annoying. Might see about returning.

We love our Bosch dishwasher. It does its job cleaning our dishes and super quiet compared to our last one. Love it!

Overall this dishwasher does a good job of cleaning the dishes. What I'm most disappointed with is the noise level. Bosch is always said to be a very quiet dishwasher, but this one is not. Our previous GE profile was ALOT quieter. I can hear it in the next room. It makes me very sad : (

Very quiet as hoped. Light on floor while running is a little quirky but good idea. Like upper third drawer for flat items. Like ability to fold down some of the rows of rack tines. One of few washers I have seen where it is not possible to turn off the dry mode but then it is likely more energy efficient than most.

I knew I couldn’t go wrong with this brand. Love my dishwasher. It is super quiet and does an excellent job with the dishes.

The dishwasher itself is fair to good. I've only used it once and the main complaint had been that the dishes were not dry when it was over. Mine were dry but I had let them sit there for 2 or 3 hours before I opened the door. The racks seem kind of cheap and a little flimsy, especially for the price. I do like the 3rd rack at top for utensils. The worst part so far is the silverware tray is about six inches long with 4 small dividers in it. You'd have to put all your silverware on the top rack if you were a family of three or more because I doubt it would hold a daily use of utensils. Never have seen any dishwasher have such a small silverware basket The other part that was so bad was Best Buys scheduling Department couldn't keep things straight and they would cancel appointments reschedule them and then not show up. It was a grand mess and it took me two and a half weeks to get my dishwasher installed. And Best Buy didn't even do it even though I had free installation with a deal I purchased the dishwasher on. I ended up having to hire a plumber to come do it because it had some kind of wiring that the installation guys would not connect to a Bosch dishwasher. Three different plumbers had no problem with it. My free installation and haul away of the old dishwasher ended up costing me $185. So much for free installation and haul away So if you buy one from Best Buy make sure they tell you all the things they won't do. It was a mess and I'm ready to cancel my account with Best Buy and I've been there for many years

This is my second Bosch dishwasher and once again I am so happy with Bosch. The first one I bought was pricy but lasted a very long time. I love the outer door bar with hidden controls, it has a very clean look. I am so pleased with my choice and the price I paid. Excellent dish cleaning capability I might add, can't say enough.

Runs quietly and overall does a great job with multiple options. Really like the top tray for silverware.

Love my Bosch. Easy to load, cleans well, and pretty quiet.

Works fine and is quiet. Does everything I need it to. Great quality machine. The only drawback is that it seems smaller inside. I don't know how but I can't fit all of the dishes that I used to in the old dishwasher. Also, the racks for the dishes are very close together. Glad I recently bought a set of Corelle dishes which fit really nice.

This Bosch is easily the finest dishwasher we have ever purchased and we are almost senior citizens (so that's quite a few dishwashers!!) It clean very well, it is quiet as a whisper, and it is simple to use. And it has the cleanest tub of any dishwasher I have ever seen. After months of use and hundreds of dishes it is just as clean inside as the day I took it out of the box and installed it.

I was replacing a 10-year-old dishwasher with this Bosch series which I chose to fit the dimensions of my old cutout. Also, the Bosch brand of appliances is generally considered a top-quality brand. What a joy! It's so quiet I can't tell if it's on and the wine glasses, which used to come out all streaky in the old dishwasher, now come out sparkling. I don't mind emptying the dishwasher now and I used to dread it. Love it!

Quiet and does a nice job. Seems on the small size, but maybe that’s just the direction Dish Washers are trending. Top Silver ware rack is nice once you get used to it, but it limits your options as tall cups on the middle Rack and big plates on the bottom don’t work.

Very spacious, nearly silent, easy to use and pleasing to the eye. I am very pleased with my selection.

The dishwasher is fine. Quiet. We are learning how to best load it but I am sure that is the case with all new dishwashers. Our first reaction was the holder for the silverware is small and only one mounting hook. There is a top rack designed for silverware and we are learning to use that. Our biggest complaint was dealing with Best Buy.
