The water never gets hot enough even when you run your kitchen sink hot water as was suggested before starting the dishwasher. Really! I owned a Kenmore and a KitchenAid for both for over 25 years and never had any problem with hot water or completely drying my dishes. I've had to physically dry my dishes after running them through this dishwasher. Basically I don't even use it unless I have a large dinner and need a place to put all of the dirty dishes.

Several of the cycles do not clean well I would not recommend this dishwasher as it seems to be cheaply made with a big price tag.

Doesn't dry worth a darn

I should of asked about the drying element (assumed it had one, it doesn't), and should of asked about the length of the wash cycles...it takes forever to run a load of dishes.

It doesn’t dry what you put in there. $1000 after tax/installation and I have to dry 50% of what comes out of there. Literally water pours off of things. This is in extra dry mode too. DOES NOT DRY AT ALL
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Even using Rinse Aid, running the Extra-Dry cycle, and opening the door right when the cycle is done to let it vent the dishes are practically soaking wet. I wish I would've noticed before buying that there isn't even a drying unit in the machine.
