The product has a flaw that I researched on line and found others having the same problem. We figured it out, but we would have never got the dishwasher to start with the instructions in the manual.

Machine doesn’t dry whatsoever (and yes using rinse agent and have even tried to use extra dry cycle). Other units have had more cycles and indicators. Very disappointed

Suggestion of running the dishwasher with just baking soda worked for about 48 hours. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It seems to hold less dishes than did my previous, it is designed more for a family than a single person: too many plate slots and not enough silverware holders. I assumed that my top rack would be adjustable for my tall glasses but no luck. The cup design is for small cups not mugs so fold down is useless. Sometimes the dishes, especially the silverware, are not cleaned. Note: dried avocado must be washed prior to putting in dishwasher.

Doesn’t half clean the dishes even after rinsing before putting in dishwasher. Dishes never dry. I have had several dishwashers but never one like the bosh. Recommended by employee but it is worse i have owned

Then the problems started. CONSTANT E24 errors. E24 means there is an issue with the water draining from the unit. Three repair visits and a new drain pump later and it still doesn’t work. Now less than three years after purchase I’m looking for a new one. This was my first experience with a Bosch appliance. It will also be my last.

I have had to hand wash multiple items after cycles and I have to inspect every single item before putting them away. Did not have to do that with my previous dishwasher. Defies the purpose of having a dishwasher. I tried all sorts of things, like doing the rinse cycle prior, different settings, etc. nothing worked. I wish you luck if you do buy this dishwasher.
