This is the most quiet dishwasher ever. It cleans well, dries well and is just a pleasure to own. the installation team, came in removed the old one, installed the new one and that was it! Just an awesome experience all the way around.

We decided on another Bosch when our last one's pump finally quit after 17 years. My how things have changed. It was a surprise to find it was a HYBRID stainless interior which was not explained to us at the store. This apparently causes drying issues. The $1,000 + dollar model which was not available had a full stainless interior. Fortunately, we keep our hot water temp quite hot and along with the Finish drying agent (another cost) and a 2 and 1/2 hour cycle they are mostly dry except for the tops of mugs and some plastics. My biggest beef is the decibel rating. This model is rated 48 decibels. Our old model was rated 50 decibels. I know the ratings have not been changed in the last 17 years. But our old dishwasher was literally silent. The only time we could hear it was when it was draining and if I kept the sink stopper in you would hardly hear that. This model with a lesser decibel rating can be heard from the other room . This was an important issue for me since our kitchen is open to our living space. The ironic thing is that Bosch has wasted money putting in a light that shines on the floor to let you know it is running! I would have rather they make the whole inside stainless which helps with sound. The light is totally unnecessary. You can hear both the motor and the water swishing. The door hinges are flimsy too. When I open it, holding the handle on either side, the door can wobble in your hands. The third rack is just okay. The silverware is easy to put in and if you stack them accordingly, faster to put away. But the downside is it does not leave enough room for stemware. I broke a wine glass accidently thinking there would be room for the glasses when I closed the middle rack. I could probably take the top rack out to wash the stemware but as flimsy as the racks are it's not worth breaking one. The wine glasses will now be hand washed. The old model allowed me to place mugs underneath the stem rack that held the wine glasses in place and then I put knives on top of the rack. It was a 3 in one set up. This model does not allow the rack to lift up. It drops down. And the tighter configuration of the tines makes it very difficult to get mugs under the rack because it lifts only half way up. In my book, this was an expensive dishwasher. One from which I was expecting better quality. It is apparent that many cuts to quality have been made over the years. I can only hope that the motor will be a trooper like the old model. The workers who helped with installation said that my tossing in a cup of vinegar after the first drain cycle about once a month or so, probably was what gave the old one such a long life. I also rinse the dishes first since there are only two of us now and I don't want dirty dishes stinking up the inside for days waiting for a whole load. I will continue to use vinegar for this one since we have such hard limey and calcium rich water. And I will pray that it lasts. 3 stars for loss of quality compared to my old model, noise factor and inability to use the stem ware feature. The jury is still out as to whether or not I would recommend it. I'll let you know once the warranty runs out which is with no if's ands or buts, 1 year exactly to the day it was purchased. Not the day it was installed. So a less than a year warranty.

It's a good dishwasher, cleans well, and is very quiet, but the racks don't adapt enough to accommodate larger items mixed in wish the regular daily dishes.

Very quiet and easy to operate. Really like the sanitize option for removing bacteria. Our geek squad installer was excellent. He told us to make sure to run hot water in sink prior to starting dishwasher. This makes machine start with hot water and gets dishes cleaner.

This dishwasher has a nice design. We still need to rinse the dishes before loading as stuck on food does not clean. It does run very quiet. Bosch ranks the highest by Consumer Reports.

So far it is the best dishwasher we have had. It has a red light that shines on the floor to check if is on or not. It's really that quiet. The third rack is a big plus too. So far, it has been great.

The dishwasher is working well two weeks in. Our only objection is that the utensil holder is much too small. We liked the old one better (our previous dishwasher was also a Bosch).

Very happy with this purchase. Cleans great (no longer pre-rinse dishes) and quietly. My only compliant is that most tall glasses/mugs (wine glasses/travel coffee mugs) don't fit w/ the 3rd rack in, but this is easily remedied by removing the 3rd rack or putting tall items in bottom.

I have always had a good experience with Bosch dishwashers . You can be in the same room when it’s on and you can’t hear it. Cleans well but top shelf leaves water on the utensils. Only one silverware basket in bottom shelf so you have to use top one.

Bought a Bosch dishwasher to replace old Frigidaire. Bosch is much quieter than expected. I've done several loads and dishes are spotless and dry.

We love this dishwasher. Replaced a 12 year old model that we only ran at night because it was too noisy to listen to TV in nearby room. The Bosch is unbelievable quiet running and really cleans everything we put in it.

It runs REALLY quiet.. Had to check on it the first couple of times to see if it was running. Everything comes out squeaky clean. Only issue is the inside of the dishwasher has a funky smell to it... I'm hoping it goes away after awhile.

Purchased unit with installation. Seamless process, helpful staff, and great price. This is very similar to more expensive Bosch dishwashers just without all the bells and whistles, Same quality. No issues so far. Runs quiet, easy to use, no prewash needed. No complaints

I love everything about this dishwasher. Quiet as a mouse you actually need to look for the red light on the floor to know it’s working it’s so quiet. The silverware tray works great. Looks it’s sleek and love the controls are hidden from kids.

We swapped our 1 1/2 year old dishwasher for a Bosch and so far we have not been disappointed. It’s whisper quiet and it actually cleans the dishes! We love it!

Pay the extra for the larger Bosch. I had one in my last house and it was bigger, maybe $200 more but this one I just purchased is smaller. The utensil basket is smaller too. I regret my choice, don't regret yours.

Great dishwasher. Quiet. Clean. Efficient. Just make sure to add surge protector to protect the electronics. I learned that lesson after my old dishwasher stopped working correctly.

I bought it because it was a Bosch. This is a very good dishwasher. My wife didn't like it at first but after using it a couple days she said she loves it. I cleans the dishes flawlessly and is very quite.

This dishwasher is great. Don' t regret a bit. There are more expensive models, but not sure what they can do better. This one is great. Is is so silent, that you have to rely on the red light to notice it is on. I recommend.

It’s still new, we only used it four times, but very happy with it so far. Cleans the dishes and glasses great and it’s super quiet. The installation team was friendly, fast, and very professional. Nice dishwasher for the price.
