I love the extra features this dishwasher has. The top small item rack is wonderful for sippy cup pieces. Love this dishwasher!

Very pleased. Gets everything clean. Capacity doesn't seem huge but I guess it's normal. Not silent but quiet enough to not be intrusive generally.

The installer was very professional. He even offered information on how we could have the microwave vented out.

Great service from Best Buy. Sales associates were knowledgeable and patient with me as I decided on the best dishwasher to fit my needs. I had never purchased a new dishwasher before and the sales associate broke down the many features of the Bosch brand very well, plus it was a top pick in Consumer Reports. My dishes, whether placed in the dishwasher completely rinsed off or not, have never been cleaner.

Quite a value for the money spend compared to the quality of the product. Washes the dishes very well and efficiently.

I have owned a few Bosch dishwashers over the years at different homes. I am biased based on how well those dishwashers performed. This model isn't the quietest for Bosch, but still very good. We replaced a 6 month old builder installed GE Profile dishwasher that already was leaking. It was rated to be quieter. The Bosch is quieter, cleans better, and doesn't leak. You cannot go wrong with the machine. They are hard to find during the pandemic, so grab one if you find it. Recommended.

Very Solid Dishwasher. We have hard water and this thing still does a great job. You will notice if you overcrowd it that it won't dry quite as well as some other machines because it lacks a heating element to help dry. The only other complaint is the longer wash cycles (average is about 2.5 hours). I'm not sure if that's normal compared to other manufacturers or not.

So far this dishwasher has been fantastic. The dishes are clean and sparkly. Our experience with Best Buy was positive.

It is rated quiet and since it was so quiet I was challenged to hear so splashing sounds from it. The dishes are clean all is well.

Our old dishwasher wasn't cleaning the dishes. This one does, as expected. I installed it myself and it was reasonably easy.

Cleans great.had to sneak a couple of baked on things in a load so I could show my wife to quit washing twice.no streaks and dishes dry .

I don’t even care whether this thing washes dishes well. It STINKS every time I open the dishwasher. It’s revolting. I literally hold my nose when I open the door. This is a known issue if you Google Bosch + smell — yet the company does nothing about it. Avoid AT ALL COSTS, or at least Google the stank before buying. My sister purchased one at the same time I did and has the same problem. I even found mold on one of my dirty (but not filthy) bowls today. It had been sitting there for maybe 4 days. I’m reporting this to Wirecutter, which proclaims Bosch to be the end all be all. I’d buy any other brand before this one.

Just so everyone is aware, Bosch makes really good dishwashers! I remodeled my last house and installed a similar Bosch and this remodel, I went back to consumer reports - did my research and came away with the same results - Bosch is the way to go! It's installed been using it for months and does not disappoint. There are some things to get used to on this one, the thin rack at top is weird, but once you use it, it actually makes sense.
