It is not easy to get used to, however. The controls are at the top of the door and cannot be seen without opening it. All controls are electronic and are not easy to understand without the owners manual in hand. I'm sure I will get used to the new routine eventually. The installer set it to run a sample cycle. The dishwasher remained wet inside, something I don't like and have never seen before in my other dishwashers. Guess I will need to learn more.

It is run daily - EVERYTHING goes in. It has cleaned everything. We just use one dishwasher pod and it has a built in dispenser for the Jet-Dry. Easy to load, run, empty. This was a great value.

The rack for the eating utensils is poorly designed and placement (in the back) is not user friendly. Should not have to pull out the entire rack just to deposit a fork.

I've clipped pictures of them, dreamed about them, saw them in design magazines and on TV shows. Secretly prayed that my not-very-old (but meh in performance) dishwasher would give up the ghost sooner rather than later. And it did. And my dream came true! Is it as great as it sounded? Absolutely YES!

We haven't had that problem. My only complaint is that the tines for the plates are too close together, they don't allow thicker plates to fit in easily. We really like the 3rd rack for silverware - it frees up more space in the 1st and second racks

It has many different configurations of the slots for arranging items, but still seems difficult at times to determine where best to put items to allow for the best fit.
