I purchased this back in November and the first time they did not show up when they said they would and the second time it came damaged and the third time they showed up to install but did not have the dishwasher so now I am still waiting for them to set up a date after calling them every day this week and they don't have the information from the third party company who does the install. I have waisted a lot of time and energy. I would not purchase appliances from them again!

It was scratched on the handle and still had food debris inside. It then took hours on the phone over multiple calls with Best Buy and over a month to actually return it.

This also effects how much you can put in a load. Dishes always have spots on them after the wash even when using the suggested rinse aid. Doesn’t do a good cleaning in general. Not impressed with this product at all! We bought this prior to moving into our new house and now we are unable to return it because it falls outside the return window.

Broke and caused water damage

The last broken one was under warranty and after dealing with customer support for 5 months I'm giving up.

Don’t waste your time or money on this one. After 4 washes my plates were still dirty. The water does not reach all the way up to the top rack so the flatware does not get clean. Useless.

Was told to open then dishwasher after it finished the final rinse and let the dishes air dry. We hand wash and really never use the dishwasher. At least it will be new if we ever sell the home.
