I bought all Bosch appliances when I redesigned my kitchen, so far my my double oven is broke... Geek Squad suggested I buy another (Not Bosch) and this microwave handle just broke for the second time. It's held on by a weak piece of plastic. If you google Bosch Microwave Handle Repair you'll get several hits. I will NEVER buy another Bosch Product. I have to buy a new double oven AND a new microwave, because I can't put anymore money into repairing these products.

After owning this microwave for about 2 years it stopped working. It no longer powers up so it no longer works.

I waited a little over 6 weeks for this to be delivered after buying it online from BB. We immediately installed it and the interior light and turntable went on when you closed the door (and could not be turned off without leaving the door open) but there was no microwave function at all. The only thing that worked properly was the clock. BB diagnosed it over the phone as a bad board and immediately sent a replacement board, which came quickly. However when the BB repair guy came to put the new board in, the new board did not work at all. Now almost three months after I purchased this thing I still have no workable microwave. I am assuming BB will make it right, but that is yet to be seen. When/if it does, I'll update this post. At this point, I am not a happy customer at all. I had a new Bosch dishwasher installed about four months ago and I absolutely love it (also from BB) so I'm not totally down on Bosch. I just would never purchase a Bosch microwave again unless Bosch refunded my money in full for all my wasted time and aggravation and provided me with a Bosch microwave that actually works -- if such a thing exists. I defnitely am not a happy Bosch customer right now. (I rated this one star only because the BB website wouldn't allow me to post the review with no stars.)

We were told installation was included...asked sales person a number of times and were told that YES, I I stall action is included. Waited 25 days to get microwave; according to our sales person that was the first installation date open. When microwave was delivered we were told that they don't install them...that would be through someone else and the cost is $120. Told them to take the microwave back to the store! Ordered from Sears and got excellent customer service!!!

Would never recommend this to anyone. Also best buy took forever to acknowledge they messed up. Lost a customer for life.

I purchased for quality, Bosch name. Used once/day average. The handle broke off: the lower site of attachment is just plastic, it snapped off. I attempted to hold it with gorilla glue, which did not work. The repair man says it is not repairable, go purchase a new one. Very disappointing, will never purchase again
