The most impressive thing is how quiet it is. I have to see if the clock is counting down to tell if it is running. It seems smaller than my 2004 Whirlpool and a little harder to load. I really haven't used it much to get the hang of it yet. Dishes came out clean. I ran a 60 minute cycle and they weren't as dry as the full cycle.

We purchased this dishwasher about one month ago. It is beyond amazing. It is so quiet that we can't tell that it's running. The dishes are spotless. There is so much more room than our old unit. It is designed to hold a variety of dishes, including a special third rack for utensils. At first, I didn't think I wanted to use the third rack, but now I love it! I can't explain how convenient it is, especially when unloading. The dishwasher has many options for washing and drying. It will hold wine glasses also. It's fantastic...you won't be disappointed with this purchase. So glad we got it.

This is the best value in dishwashers. You get a really good and quiet appliance. It cleans well and has a cool 60min setting that works for most of what we throw at it. I had one at my old house and now moved to a new house and this was the first purchase.

Lots of very nice features and works great! As opposed to the 800 series at my previous home, the newer models have the faster 60 minute wash, which is greta compared to the standard 2 hr 30 min standard wash cycle. Lots of programmable features for drying cycles, rinse aid usage, etc., and is very quiet! I believe it offers the best layout of inner racks and utensil holders. I personally find the third (top) utensil rack useless and always have removed, which does expand the height for the middle rack nicely. I highly recommend any of the Bosch series, however the options between the 300 (very quiet), 500 (almost silent), and 800 (silent) series do not result in relative price points. Save a few dollars and enjoy the 300 series!

This is quiet, excels in cleaning .. Easy to operate

THIS PRODUCT IS GOOD SO FAR, BUT AFTER ABOUT A YEAR IS STARTING TO BREAK DOWN A LITTLE. The clips on the dishracks that make some parts of the rack movable to allow for different sizes of items to be washed and alternative loading patterns are breaking down and do not hold the racks in position properly any longer. We have to hold the movable parts of the racks in place with elastic bands from broccoli bunches etc. Minor defects are that the utensils basket has fairly large holes in the bottom. It's okay for western knives and forks, but each load my wife, who is Korean, has to wash lots of thin steel Korean chopsticks which slip right through the holes at the bottom of the utensil basket. We had to substitute a plastic pencil holder or some such with smaller holes to be able to machine wash the chopsticks. Other than this, the machine is extremely quiet, and seems to wash the dishes well on 60 minute "Quickwash" as well as the longer regular wash. It is only about a year old, but so far we'd buy it again, but wish the rack clips were more reliable, and that the utensil basket had offered an optional-to-use insert with smaller holes for chopsticks. The reason I am giving it four instead of five stars is that I have a concern, based largely on the trouble with the rack clips, that it may break down and have to be replaced fairly quickly, which leads to a certain constant anxiety about the appliance which is unpleasant. If it doesn't degrade further, then is is four and a half or even five stars in terms of satisfaction, but the anxiety detracts from being able to fully relax and so to speak, forget about it which would be the ideal.

The dishwasher is quiet and does a good job cleaning the dishes. It is also arranged so it has a larger capacity than our old one. I had to contact Bosch because we did not receive all the parts needed to install the dishwasher. Their customer service was excellent and we had the parts in no time. I had contacted Best Buy with this problem first, and they were absolutely NO HELP!!!!! Also, not sure why Best Buy sent me a power cord with junction box when all I needed was a power cord. Which Bosch provided! Thank you Bosch again!!

I bought this because it was one of the highest rated dishwashers on ConsumerReports. Only two issues, there is no direct heating element so drying is done using the heat from the dishes and the stainless steel tub (some science stuff here, honestly, I still don't fully understand how it works). Generally speaking, the dishes come out dry but plastics tend stay wet. The other thing is the door feels a little flimsy so don't do anything silly like sit or stand on it. Other than that, I have never seen dishes so clean. I would buy this 10x over again. Soooo good. And often things that aren't dishwasher safe is ok with the Bosch because there is no heating element to melt plastics. Really, its a great dishwasher.

Dishes come out shiny and spotless. Runs exceptionally quietly. 3 rack system is fantastic (for those of us who have never owned anything but a double rack dishwasher). Also anticipating longer life, being a Bosch product.

We've had our dishwasher for over a year and we still love it. It is a beast with pots and pans, yet it is very quite. Kept checking to see if it was working when we first got it. One wish was that the glass rack was a little deeper for wine glasses.

After researching various brands, based on good recommendations from friends and colleagues, selected this Bosch model. Extremely quiet and very good cleaning performance. The third rack on the top is a nice addition and very useful. It has been a month since installation and I highly recommend this dishwasher.

Decided to treat myself to a fancy dishwasher and I’m so glad i did. Everything gets clean and it’s super quiet. The filter is easy to clean and the adjustable parts help with fitting larger pots. I absolutely love the third drawer, my friends are all jealous.

This is a very silent dishwasher. Looks cool and has flexible / customizable trays. The third row is super useful. The drying quality could be better.

Quiet!!! Our old sears elite dishwasher was much more logically laid out for the dishes, but this one cleans better. It doesn’t dry them totally- cup tops - but happy so far.

Purchased this highest rated on Consumer Reports model after not finding availability in two other stores. This is super quiet and cleans as good as expected.

Kind of slow compared to our old Maytag although it can be set to wash and dry in an hour. Doesn’t get things really dry unless it’s set for it. However, it cleans the heck out of everything and aside from making a few weird noises as it goes through its cycles is exceptionally quiet.

I love, love, love this dishwasher! You don’t even realize it is running as it is so quiet!!! Cleans well, but doesn’t dry completely, but I will sacrifice that for quietness and the sturdy build. I also really like the silverware rack on the top, gets them cleaner than when all stuffed together.

We purchased this dishwasher because are old was was falling apart and noisy. Our old dishwasher had 3 spry arms. Top, middle, and bottom. This machine has 2, middle and bottom. Th very top rack doesn't get things clean as the spray has to get through the middle rack before it gets to the top rack. If the items are relatively clean you can use the top rack to get the oil off them. The machine is very quiet but the cycle is about 2 hours long. The strainer and the sump is more complicated then it needs to be. Because of this water in the bottom of the machine, it tends to develop odors if not run every day.
