If it had varied height as a normal setting that only needed to be changed in specific instances it would be much better. I also don't like that the power doesn't turn off after a wash. Or after the clean light is acknowledged by opening the dishwasher. I don't think I should have to manually turn it off. Off should be the default. For the money it should be easier to use.

Very quiet, but cycle is long - 1.5 to 2 hours. Still has funny machine smell, but I believe that will go away with time. Cleans pretty good, but sometimes still wet. Hope this dishwasher lasts along as the last one (18 years).

We don't use the extra rack for flatware that is at the top, but it comes with the old style containers for flatware, so it isn't a problem having the one at the top. My wife cleans everything off the dishes before putting them into the dishwasher, so we use only the 60 minute cycle, which does a great job.

Great so far

It holds a lot of dishes and I love the third drawer on top. I also like how easy it was to adjust the height on the second drawer. The instructions are a little hard to follow, but we got is set up on the cycle we wanted.

Installation more difficult than it should be

However the installation was more difficult than it needed to be. Bosch dishwashers use their own proprietary electrical system so you need to install the included junction box to get power to the dishwasher. In addition, the water hose for the discharge is attached to the unit and you cannot use your old hose to connect the discharge from the dishwasher to the drain.
