This is quietest machine. When the installer started it I couldn’t even hear it. Love the 3 racks and the adjustable tines makes it easy to fit unusual shaped items to fit. Love the rinse cycle since there are just two of us usually it is several days before the dishwasher gets started and the dishes used to sit in the dishwasher dirty and start stinking. With the rinse u can rinse off the dishes off and use less water and energy than hand washing.

So much better than my last dishwasher. Quiet and dries very well, saving us time.

Does excellent job on dishes, and top third rack allows a lot more capacity. Easy to use and easy to load.

The dishwasher is very quiet. I like the way the tines are arranged which allows for more plates to load on the racks. I didnt like that the top rack cannot be adjusted to allow for taller pots to load. However i do like the dishwasher.

Purchased this model less than 2 years ago because I was led to believe Bosch dishwashers are worth the extra expense. It was not. As others have also stated, all dishes come out soaking wet no matter the drying option chosen. The dishes also smell nothing like they should smell when clean, as well as the interior of the dishwasher. I rinse everything I put in the dishwasher and have a water softener. The outside stainless steel door is extremely streaky. I have owned many stainless steel appliances and have never seen this. Bosch is selling a stainless steel appliance, but it's not stainless. When I contacted Bosch customer service, there was NO service in customer service. The rep accused me of putting bleach on the door, which I most certainly did not do. I was told that maybe I could get 50% off the cost of a new door since I was no longer under warranty. When I asked what that cost would be, the rep did not really know or even know if that offer could be extended to me. Most of the verbal interaction the rep had with me was shockingly incoherent. So sad that I was treated this way by Bosch and that in the end, no one really cares. You don't hear from the customers who are not satisfied because they don't come back.

It really is the quietest dishwasher. Can barely hear it. Does a great job cleaning.

I purchased this Bosch dishwasher after my previous Samsung dishwasher started having problems. It has been very effective at washing away all the grease and food particles from my plates, but it is not very good at drying. I noticed that unlikely my previous dishwasher, this one does not have a vent that allows it to expel all of the hot steam. Even with the "extra dry" option, all my dishes are usually wet and I often have to leave the door open for it to dry.

So far so good. I've only had it for about a month. I know there were other reviews that said the dishwasher broke down in a year or so. So, the verdict is still out but for now, I am loving it! It is so quiet! The first time I ran it, I had to put my ear right next to it to make sure it is actually running. I am very excited about this new dishwasher. I did a test and put a bunch of non-rinsed dishes to see if they would come out clean. They did. I tried it with the 1:10-cycle (instead of the full 2:25 cycle) and the dishes still came out clean. So, it is entirely possible to use the shorter cycle and still have clean dishes. :) I hope this dishwasher will last for many years to come! It is definitely pricier than some other models but you get what you pay for!

Loads great. Lots of room. Don't have to wash as often because it holds a lot. Cleans really good!
