When I purchased my home, it came with a Bosch dishwasher. I loved it so much because of the storage space, the sparkling and dry utensils after wash and it ran so silently. After two years, it started giving problem with water draining, I thought it was air gap that's causing the problem and cleaned it a few times and it worked well after each cleanup. By the end of third year, water started leaking out of it which spoiled our kitchen floor. When we called a tech he said the manufacturer has stopped producing the part that's gone bad and to get a new dishwasher. This is when BestBuy comes into the picture. We saw these amazing reviews of Bosch dishwasher everywhere online and BestBuy was giving good deal, so we purchased it from them with additional installation and hauling charges. The first time we started dishwasher, it stopped working mid cycle like in 5 minutes or so. Busy with our life and new baby at home, me and my husband assumed somebody paused the cycle. After a couple of days we realized it's actually the problem with dishwasher. There are multple issues with this dishwasher where it stops mid-way, there is lot of water on door in case the cycle completes, cannot start the cycle immediately after pressing the start button (the keypad just stops responding). After this realization we called BestBuy support who happily said it's not their problem and we should contact the manufacturer. Called the manufacturer a couple of times with long hold and finally able to get them to assign a tech. Hopefully, we will get the issue resolved quickly before our kitchen gets ruined completely. I do not recommend this product to anyone.

This cleans dishes well, even fully loaded. It is very quiet.

Too new to give 5 stars. Pros: Gets things VERY clean without having to rinse anything (even works better without rinsing!). Flexible dish rack height and tine arrangments. Top utensil rack. Simple, straightforward operation. Cons: tine configuration not always matching our dishes/containers/cups, etc..

delivery was 12/16/2022. dishwasher is extremely quiet -- have to place my ear close to hear it working. Must use the added dry feature to assure all dishes dry. Without this feature the dishes do not dry thoroughly --

Very quiet and does a great job with cleaning the dishes

We have been without a dishwasher or a few months. Our ten year old Bosch stopped working. This dishwasher is amazing. I have put dishes, with baked on food, in this washer. I crossed my fingers, never believing that they would really come clean. I have put knives with peanut butter on them in this washer. They all came clean. I love it.

Great dishwasher. Really quiet. Had to stop and listen first time I turned it on to make sure it was working. Love the third rack for long knives, pancake flipper, etc. Genius! Super cleaning power. Highly recommended!

Nice and quiet. Efficient and cleans everything well

Bosch continues to be the standard by which dishwashers are measured. This one replaced a 10 year-old Bosch and the new innovations are fantastic. Bowls sit better and do not fall over when you push in the rack. The amount of space has increased and the third silverware rack is a bonus. Finally, the quietness when running is exceptional.

I had a Sumsung before and it was the worse dishwasher I ever had. Expended a lot of money on it too after Two years, I literally just put it on the junk. I got his new one and I like very much. Washes really good. Just does not dry to well but I guess it is because I use it in the rapid setting.

The Bosch dishwasher is well made, quet, and gets the dishes clean.

I've only used the dishwasher a couple of times so far but I like it! It's incredibly quiet, and my dishes come out nice and clean. It doesn't fully dry, but I've heard that this is the way Bosch's work. I have not tried the extra dry setting yet. I like that the third rack can be removed and the second rack height can be adjusted. I also like that there are multiple options, including delayed start. My only complaint is that the racks are set up in a very particular way and even the loading examples in the manual show only plates, bowls, and cups. We often have things that are not plates, bowls, or cups, and I feel like I can fit very few of those odd types of items in the dishwasher because of the angle of the prongs on the racks. Because of this, my previous 9-year-old dishwasher seemed bigger, but I'm still very satisfied with my purchase.

Gets the dishes very clean. Very quiet. I like the silverware drawer.
