Wonderful cleaning. Poor set up of racks for the size and type of dishware we want to wash. Holds less than advertised.

It is extremely quiet. Third (top) rack is convenient for knife/fork/spoon. However big chance that there is items in third rack come out not clean. Sometimes even middle rack has not cleaned item. After remove third(top) rack, it clean little better. Also bottom rack is not easy to set items, Items lay flat instead of stand, so can't put much items in bottom rack. Since clean is the key feature, I had to return it and exchanged a Mytag which is much cheaper.

The product is wonderful. Especially like the 3rd drawer for silverware. Installation was super.

Love this dishwasher. It is extremely quite and our glasses sparkle after cleaning. Would definitely recommend this brand.I had Best Buy tech program it for me as I am not too smart doing this kind of thing.

the capacity for holding the dishes is smaller than my old Kitchen aid. It is quiet

perfect dishwasher, enough programs including fast ~ 1 hour one. Three racks are helping with small and over-sized items.

This dishwasher is so quiet that sometimes I hear a little noise and wonder what it is, because I forget it's running. I like the set up of the drawers/trays and it cleans everything very well on the lowest setting.

this dishwasher is very quiet and cleans well. but if items sit in it for over 2 days the dishwasher gets an awful odor. no matter how much the items are rinsed off. even water sitting and then evaporating becomes stale.

Bosch dishwasher is the best. Third row on top is great for all utensils. The best at getting all dishes clean

Superb dishwasher - we had a Samsung with all the bells and whistles but it broke down after only 2 years and cost more to repair than to replace. The Bosch is far superior both in ease of use and in cleaning.

This washer is excellent at cleaning, I highly recommend. However, it is significantly smaller inside than my old one which I was not aware of until loading dishes. Yes, there is the third rack and that's cool, but I can no longer load as many dinner dishes and pans as I used to be able to with my KitchAid.

We have had a Bosch dishwasher in the past while living in a different home, so when it came time to replace the dishwasher in our current home, Bosch was the only brand we wanted. It is so quiet, at times we cannot even tell it is running. It cleans beautifully and the completely stainless steel tub is very sturdy.

This was a replacement for another Bosch we had 7 years, sprung a leak and flooded kitchen. Got a great sales price + using a Best Buy rewards. This model has a leak detector built in and will shut water off, hopefully no floods. Also I like the style with recessed controls, I like to see the timer...etc. Besides it is a bit large than old one and really like the server tray at the top.

My new dishwasher looks great and is amazingly quiet! The staff there was very knowledgeable and helpful!

Use and Care Manual was not included in packet with other printed material but was referenced in Quick Start & Safety Guide pamphlet. I did find a website referenced several pages later in the Quick Start Manual. My main concern is that the door will not stay open wide enough to allow the inside to dry as dirty dishes are added or when there is moisture remaining inside after a run has completed and did not dry completely. I scrape food off dishes and do not rinse except for a few exceptions. There was moisture remaining inside on completion of installation and it was several days before a run was needed. Black mold was found on a few dishes. The door has such a strong suction to close that just barely touching it causes it to seal closed. I am having to use a towel to hold the door open to prevent mold from growing again. I think this is a design flaw. The washing action has cleaned the dishes as expected. The third drawer works great for silverware and is easy to group items to make unloading quick and easy. I removed the filter system after the first wash to make sure there was no mold in the filter system. The filter system removed easily and was easy to clean. No mold.
