doesnt dry even with extra dry cycle this is very expensive for it not to dry unhealthily

Do not buy, save your money and get a GE, this broke in 3 months and customer care was useless at Bosch.

The washer works very well. It's very quiet but it sometimes doesn't remove all the stains on a heavily stained pan. Most of the rinse water is removed when I touch heavy dry button.

Very happy with purchase. Dishwasher works exactly as advertised. Quiet, and does a great job cleaning the dishes. Would purchase again.

Overall it is a very good dishwasher. I've been using it for a week and like it so far. + cleans dishes very well + runs quiet + has water leak protection + connects with phone app where I can schedule a cycle to run at any time - drying is not great, my old dishwasher did a better job. Even though I use the "Extra Dry" option. - buttons feel flimsy Also, liked BestBuy installation. The installation team arrived with the dishwasher and completed the setup quickly.

Replaced an old Bosch dishwasher with this one when the old one died after something like 17 years of daily use. We love this new dishwasher! The top third rack for silverware is terrific! We don’t use a lot of plastic, and have had no issues with dishes drying using standard settings.

Really Good dishwasher. Cleans better than any dishwasher had in the past. Racks could be a little better by being more versatile. Drying isn't the greatest, however if you use the extra dry it is a bit better. Right amount of options. wish had a delay feature though.

This machine seems to clean well. The dry cycle doesn't dry plastics well. We're still getting used to the 3rd rack substituing for a larger silverware rack.

Nice dishwasher. straightforward installation (self done) acceptable instructions. Quiet operation and good cleaning so far. If you have any resistance to managing your dishwasher from your smart phone, take note that 1/2 the wash cycles are only available with app.

This dishwasher is only great if you do extra dry+sanitize+rinse aid. Otherwise, don’t bother buying this dishwasher as it does not dry on a normal cycle. Shoutout to the Ryan and Steve who delivered and installed it for us. They provided the top notch service that one could ever ask for. Not only were they professional, knowledgeable, they also helped clean up after the installation. Highly recommend the installation service from them.

I like my new dishwasher. It cleans well. I need to keep drying agent in the dispenser for best drying results. Installation from Best Buy was smooth and seamless.
