Owned for 5 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this dishwasher in summer 2024, and unfortunately, I disliked it so much that I ended up replacing it three months later (at great expense because it was outside of the return window). I tried to live with it, but it was just too frustrating and disappointing. - The door feels cheap and flimsy, both the weight and the closing “seal” action. - The control buttons are on the outside, so they can be easily pressed accidentally by a toddler. - The control buttons aren’t very responsive. You need to press and hold for long time, and when you do, there’s no light to indicate something has been initiated. - Utensil race is very small and fills up quickly. - Lower rack prongs are too small for large pots and pans - Nothing dries - The adjustable plastic pieces on the inside could not be removed (ex: the wine glass fold outs). They took up space when not in use, and made it more difficult to maximize the space. We went back to a KitchenAid, which has a more secure door, better controls, and much better organization inside. The Bosch will probably work fine for you, but beware it feels like an extremely low-end dishwasher.

It finally broke down. I had heard thst Bosch made the best appliances. Not true! My biggest problem with it is it will not completely dry the dishes. I have to dry most of them before they can be put away. My other problem is the utensils holder is not near big enough. Now I wish I had gotten another KitchenAid dishwasher. Im not happy with the Bosch. My KitchenAid was actually quieter.

Bosch dishwashers use a condensation drying process known as PureDry™ - an energy-efficient, closed drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. An extra hot wash heats dishes during the final rinse. The coolness of the stainless-steel interior pulls moisture away from dishes onto the tub walls, where remaining water droplets are drained away. Please note that plastic items do not retain heat as well as other dishware materials and won't dry as quickly. They were very efficient and customer friendly. 2 issues were discovered: only 1/2 of silverware rack was inside and warranty software did not accept model number. Result: Dennis took our missing rack at the store and we filed warranty thru the mail.

You do need to use a drying additive to get full drying capabilities BUT other than that, great! And REALLY quiet! I sometimes double check to make sure I turned it on.
