This replaced our kitchen aid dishwasher and does not dry at ALL. Water dripping everywhere even with heated dry. Dishes are clean, but not having dishes dry is ridiculous . A foggy steamy wet dripping mess!

Use Finish® Jet Dry® rinse aid to help dishes dry faster. *This doesn't have to be added for each cycle, you fill the reservoir then the dishwasher will indicate when the reservoir is empty and needs to be refilled.* 2. For everyday use, we recommend Auto Cycle, which is best for mixed loads of dishes with varying amounts of food soil. 3. Select special drying options like "Sanitize and Extra Dry". Sanitize operates at a higher temperature to help eliminate bacteria and enhance drying results. 4. When unloading clean dishes, pull out lower racks first to avoid dripping water from the upper rack. If these tips do not help improve drying, please contact our Customer Support team at 1-800-944-2904 for additional assistance. Thank you.

However, everything does fit and putting silverware on the very top rack makes it way easier to put away. It’s so quiet I had to check it was running the first few times.

After two unsuccessful installation attempts, Best Buy left the dishwasher at my home. I managed to get it installed on June 1, only to find that it was defective—it would not drain or dry my dishes. I contacted Bosch customer service and despite the product being only 9 days old, they wanted me to pay for someone to come out and service the machine. We ran multiple tests and the dishwasher simply would not drain properly and left the dishes soaking wet after each attempt. I had purchased the 5 year extended warranty from Best Buy. And I was certain they could help me when Bosch couldn't. I contacted Best Buy customer service, and they informed me that while they could replace the dishwasher, I would need to pay for the installation. This was contrary to the original purchase agreement, which included free installation. I refused to pay for the additional service, resulting in them retrieving the defective dishwasher. I pleaded both in-store and over the phone for them to honor the sale's original terms, including free installation and delivery, but I was repeatedly denied. During my visit to the store, I waited for half an hour before anyone approached me. When I asked to speak with a manager, my request was denied, with the staff claiming there was nothing they could do. I received the same response from customer service over the phone. This has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating retail experiences I have encountered in my 40 years.

Your dishwasher is designed to dry using the PureDry® condensation drying system. This is an energy-efficient, closed drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. This process works by heating the dishes with hot water during the final rinse. The cooler stainless steel pulls moisture from the dishes. The inside of the unit will be wet at the end of the cycle, but the dishes should be dry. It's important to note that plastics don’t retain heat as well as other dishware materials and don’t dry as well. To improve drying results, we recommend turning on the Intensive Drying feature. Unpleasant odor....

If it does go away over the next few weeks, I will want to return it.
