I have no idea what idiot designed these racks. They are good for thin flat plates only, just try to get a bowl in right. Throw away the silverware basket, you won’t use it since the racks limit how much you can put in it. I am going to try to re-engineer these racks to be useful.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this machine, worked great for 2 weeks. week 3, starts beeping in the middle of a cycle constantly and drains for a long time (6-7 hours). No worries, I call Bosch's warranty and explain the situation, they say they'll have a technician out to look at it in 2 weeks. Technician comes out, says there's a leek but no obvious way to see where its coming from. Writes a report. We call Bosch they say the report doesn't have what they need to replace the parts and hires (the same) technician to come out and diagnose it. We've repeated this same cycle 4 times. It's 3.5 months later anddd....you guessed it my dishwasher still does not work. WORST. PRODUCT. EVER. DO NOT BUY. I cannot recommend this product or ANY Bosch product from my experience. Bummer too, because for those 2 weeks it worked, it was great :(

We bought it because we wanted the controls on the front where we can see if it is operating. Best Buy staff walked us through different machines, never mentioning racks. Who would have thought any one would reinvent a drying rack? Stem holder folds up so you can't get anything under it. Consequently wine glasses flop over. Tines are angled so only certain dishes fit in, both top and bottom, necessitating running it half empty. Best Buy and Bosch said "too bad". I thought Bosch was a better dishwasher. Looks like I have to be angry doing dishes until I can afford another $1000 with installation to replace it.
