She doesn't know much about bread or dishwashers. Wash's everything just fine and is quiet but it suck's when it comes to drying. Drys glass, pots,pans,silverware,china,everything but it will not dry plastic. If you have children or grandchildren you need some plastic for them to use. This has come to the point that I want Best Buy to take it back and we will get something different that will dry plastic. And I do not care how much noise it makes if it drys PLASTIC. WOULD HAVE GIVEN IT NO STARS IF I COULD.

WE WAITED 9 MONTHS FOR THE RIGHT DISHWASHER TO COME IN TO STOCK. It wasn't BB's fault. It - unfortunately - is our New Administration's fault. Ridiculous. However, once BB got the one we wanted in stock, we got it on sale with all the extras FREE and we are thrilled.

Drying issues

My plastics simply don’t get dry even using a rinse aid along with the extra dry and sanitize features. I was disappointed with the performance. It does however do a good job on most glassware.

1) Fill the rise compartment with Jet-Dry.
2) Adjust rinse aid dispense amount according to the water type in your area.

The only issue I have with it is that you must be very careful with how you load the bottom rack. The wheels slip off of the track and it does not wash well if you put too much weight on the left side (when facing it). Once I learned to load the heavy stuff on the right side I have not had any problems.
