Best Buy experience is always # 1. From purchase (online) to installation (scheduled online), everything went smoothly. Installers communicated prior to install, and arrived on time. So far Bosch has lived up to its reputation.

The Bosch machine seems to be fine but the installation was faulty. Causing no water in the sink. "Installers" didn't take any responsibility to solve the problem and blamed the "plumbing" which was 100% working before they swapped out the old dishwasher and installed the new one. After not getting response for about a month we were forced to call a private plumber to solve the problem: he found out that during the installation, the installer (from Pacific Sales which are contracted by Best Buy), dropped some broken plastic which got stock in the faucet and blocked the water flow to the kitchen sink. We had to pay $125 to the plumber in what was suppose to be a "free installation".

Well worth the price for this DW. I never put pots and pans in my old DW and this one is a iifechanger. I can put most pots and pans to wash, the plastic i put on the bottom doesn't melt because there is no heating element and it is QUIET! I love this dishwasher so much I named it.

The dishwasher was finally delivered. It was ordered in February and installed March 19. So far, I have had no issues with the dishwasher, but would be able to give a better review after using it for a longer period of time.

Washer is a little tall at 34 1/2" so measure before buying. It's super quiet. Top rack has a nice feature where you can lower it down and increase the top rack height. The automatic wash mode seems to handle limited food stuck to dishware so I haven't really had to use the pot scrubber mode.

Best Dishwasher we've owned (we've purchased 9 over the years)... Far too often these days appliances have a very short life. We are very pleased thus far...and quite optimistic. Hopefully I don't have to return to edit my review.

I can recommend every aspect of my experience with Best Buys, However, the product I wanted was not available from any source per the salesman. I think a sincere effort was made to locate the product. I purchased an alternative dishwasher, same brand.

I researched dishwashers and read a lot of reviews and this one won out. I wasn't sure if I would like the third rack but I love it, I am able to take the utensil holder out to give me more room on the bottom rack. It is so quiet, you have to put your ear next to the door to know that it's running.

It is super quiet. Need to use premium dish tabs to get a good clean if you don’t want to clean them first. And the heated dry can burn stuff on the top rack, which was the reason I wanted this model , wish someone had said that

Haven't had it long enough to make a thorough review. Time will tell.

Had scratch on front when received. Washes well but the wheels on bottom tray pop off and the tray is not easily sliding in or out. Customer service never replied to scratch but did send me more wheels when I called.

Finally a dishwasher with REAL buttons that work. The noise, is simply not that loud, and in fact, i hate the quite machines, because you can't tell if they are running. Perfect solution and good quality.

Fits dishes that were too tall for my old Kenmore. First wash didn't dry anytrhing. Was disappointed but must have been related to testing the install tech did. No other washes have come out wet. I am using 105 degree water. Usually cooler than that as there isn't constant hot water in my kitchen.

I researched dishwashers all over and checked with Consumer Reports magazine and settled on this Bosch Dishwasher. The installation was done by the Best Buy Geek Squad and they were more than courteous. My wife and I are very happy with entire experience.

since i purchase this dishwasher.it never work,I connected Bosch costumer service,they said they will make appointment to check out this problem.after that they never give me call back .and touch me to schedule appointment.and I can’t go to return dishwasher because returning is expired. I don’t recommend this product ,they service are horrible. I wasted about 800dollar.It means I bought a decoration to decorate my kitchen.horrible service and horrible item.

The reduced noise level is great! However, it doesn't seem to do a very good job during the dry cycle. Lots of wet stuff after cycle is over.

This dishwasher is definitely a 5 star. I use the 60 minute cycle and it does a terrific job of cleaning my dishes. It’s very quiet and I love the stainless steel.

We thought we were getting a top rated DW, but we soon found out that our old Kitchen Aid could handle a lot more dishes than this one. The dish stacking scheme wastes a lot of space. The glass holder is not slanted enough so the glasses fall into the tray. The covers for the silverware baskets are a nuisance and must be removed. The drying and extra dry are insufficient to actually dry the glasses. I would not recommend this DW.

We've had this machine for only a day and are amazed that we can carry on a conversation while it's working. If the lights on the control panel weren't lit, we'd never know the machine was on! And dishes come out sparkling clean! Easily load a service for twelve. We're very pleased!
