We bought the new dishwasher, and it has been a little hard to get used to because it does not heat dry, but I am sure time will help us get used to it. The installer was great and very neat and orderly.

I like everything except the stemware holder that gets in the way of putting regular glasses in the dishwasher. You can still do it but it is a bit of a battle.

After 2 loads of dishes were washed an unexplained error showed up on the control panel. I talked to a customer service agent at Bosch and all he could explain was a water pressure problem. There was no water pressure issues. The code didn't show up on any description list, it was not even a code. The dishwasher wouldn't work at all so we went back to Best Buy and they gladly exchanged for a different brand. Very disappointed in Bosch. Very happy at Best Buy.

It's been exactly 18 months. We used it very moderately. All of a sudden, it started leaking and stopping mid-cycle. Disappointing.

i has to call a repair in the day i got it. it was stuck in a cycle. the installer didn't go over anything with my husband who was home. It didn't dry the dishes not of them. They all was wet. call in a repair didn't show up.. call service to see why no show. said it was for 12 to 4. i said it after 4. and he said he will have him call and he said he cancel the repair when he did call . we got no call about him canceling before then. This is the second Bosch dishwasher we havebpught. The Firestone wore out after five six years of use. At first it was excellent but towards the end it was not doing a good job. Hoping this one wildobetter.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! BOUGHT A HIGH END DISHWASHER THAT HAS MANUFACTURE DEFECT, CALLED IN AND THEY SAID THEY WILL REPLACE IN 1 WEEK, WITH NO DISHWASHER FOR 1 WHOLE WEEK, I CALLED BACK IN AND THEY SAID IT IS COMING IN THE AFTERNOON. NO ONE CAME AND THEN CALLED BACK IN AND SAID THERE ARE NO SCHEDULED REPLACEMENT. THE BEST PART IS THEY CAN'T REPLACE IT BECAUSE IT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE. PLEASE DO NOT BUY IN BEST BUY.

Only complaint about the Bosch is the way the racks are designed. It gives very little room to some items, even with tines down. My 13 year old Kenmore seemed to have more room for larger items

Our second Bosch dishwasher at this location. Quiet, cleans dishes well. Hope to get more than the 7 years we got out of first.

I thought I would like the top tray better. I had a few spoons scorched when using the heated dry cycle. Need to use high quality dishwasher tablets for proper cleaning.

Dissapointed that dishwasher is scratched on the front door also disappointed that your told to order the install kit and i only needed the water line and had to go to the store to get the female elbow for the water line REALLY!

We love the dishwasher we purchased on our Best Buy credit card! It took a little too long for it to come in but under the circumstances with the current pandemic we understood.

I like it alot but it has taken some time to get used to the fact there is no heating coil. I have to use extra dry setting. There is still some water to mop up on some cups. It is very quiet.

Dishwasher works well. I love the silverware drawer and the countdown timer for the washing cycle. Not all my plastic cups get dry even with rinse aid - only downside.

This dishwasher is wonderful! It cleans extremely well and I’ve had no issues with spots and easy to use and keep clean.

Great dishwasher. Love that there is a timer that shows how much longer the cycle will run. Also I love the 60 minute speed cycle.

It does look very nice. The top rack for flatware (or any small items) is handy. The inside quality does not seem as good as our last one.

We heard good things about Bosch dishwashers. Love this dishwasher. It’s quiet!!! I don’t have to pre-clean the dishes and they are dry when the cycle completes.

This was a great dishwasher (until the fire). It was quiet and actually cleaned stuck on food. I will buy it again when the house is rebuilt. (The fire was a wildfire, nothing to do with the product)
