Installer almost left before leak in drain hose was observed, water was leaking all over cabinet under kitchen sink. Next people came out to install dishwasher, did not have dishwasher to install. Nothing done on that appointment. Had to contact Best Buy again to resolve the problem, hopefully I don't have to keep calling after each appointment. Don't know how well dishwasher works, except the drain hose leaks.

Way better than the Whirlpool it replaced. Whirlpool was only a few years old. This Bosch really cleans well.

The dishwasher was defective upon delivery. Electronic board is fried and you cant get the machine to function at all. Surf the installer tried everything he could. I called to get the exchange set up but must wait until tomorrow when their system updates. Lets see how long I have to wait as it has already been over two weeks.

The installers were very professional and had the new dishwasher installed and the old one taken away in no time at all!!

So far so good. Happy with my purchase, based on my research Bosch was the best brand to buy at this time.

Super quiet dishwasher replacing an older Kenmore Elite that came with house. Much faster than old dishwasher even on long cycles.

I am really pleased with my new dishwasher. Looks good, quiet, and the three levels are a new feature that I am sure I will enjoy a lot.

Worked good on the first wash then afterwards started getting error messages. Returned if for a similar model, but with the buttons on top had the same problem actually multiple error codes. Called Bosch great tech support had a tech come out stated it needed a new board. Sorry Bosch will go back to GE.
