It's SO MUCH quieter and did a good job on cleaning my dishes for almost 6 weeks, and then one day it was completely dead. No power at all. My electrical connection was fine, the dishwasher was not. So now for the past 2 weeks I am washing dishes by hand and waiting for the the parts that are on backorder. This isn't a BestBuy issue - it's all Bosch.

On the lower rack, right side, the spacing makes it necessary to load dishes every other available space otherwise they “,nest”. The silverware has to be rinsed before placing in the rack to ensure it comes out clean! The bottom panel is recessed which makes the floor .look terrible.

Not at all happy with product. Below average cleaning power. Cleaning dispenser hasn’t worked right since beginning ( and have only used recommended products) There has to be way better and cheaper options out there

So I love having to do all my dishes by hand with only half a sink or else have my kitchen flooded.
