Still getting used to NOT cleaning the dishes before loading the dishwasher. Just scrape off food and load away. This dishwasher is so quiet, I have to lean in to make sure it's on. Dishes come out sparkling clean. Very happy with this purchase

The Bosch SHEM63W52N Dishwasher is absolutely fantastic! We love the 45 degree visible display showing the remaining time and the type of wash cycle selected. I like the feature where the display stays lit even after opening the door. Sometimes you only have time to get one or two items out of the dishwasher. With the display lit, you know dishes are clean. Once you empty it, just push the Off button. We have tried several wash cycles to see how each functions. The Auto Wash, Normal Wash, Speed 60 and Extra Dry all perform as advertised. All the dishes came out clean and very dry! With the Speed 60 Wash, there were two items that were not completely clean, a small ring of baked on food remained on a glass cooking bowl and one tall tumbler was not quite clean, but they were all dry! We just put them in the next load and presto, clean! We have yet to try the Heavy or the Half Load, but I feel very comfortable with using them. The racks are great, and we love the top (3rd) rack for the cooking utensils sharp knives and plastic utensils. The other racks work very well and our dishes fit in just great. The noise level is very low and you cannot hear it unless you are standing in front of it in the kitchen. Our 10 year old dishwasher was quite noisy. We are thankful Best Buy had this one on sale with free installation, or we might have purchased the lower cost unit. We are so very glad we bought this Bosch 300 model. We have used it two weeks so far and are totally impressed with Bosch! Buy it, you wont be sorry!

We previously owned a Bosh which lasted more than 8 years and so when it broke we figured we'd buy another. This one, newer, is more quiet and holds more than the previous. I do recommend this product and we purchased it at discount from Best Buy.

I am so happy with this purchase. It is so quiet that I have to check to make sure it us running sometimes- a huge difference from our previous dishwasher. Dishes are perfectly cleaned every time and there are many choices of cycles.

Bought this dishwasher for my wet bar. Good looking, Easy to see, intuitive controls. Glasses come sparkling without streaks/spots. Doesn't make an audible sound, except when drawing through the sink.

This dishwasher is very quiet running.Is great on getting the dishes clean without rinsing first I gave it a four star due to the drying of the dishes.I have been having to towel dry alot of the dishes.

This is an excellent product. It cleans dishes quietly and thoroughly. Its rack system Is Intelligently configured. The machine's capacity for dishes and silverware is enormous.

Read reviews before purchasing, and was hesitant to purchase this dishwasher due to complaints that dishes didn't dry well. Purchased it anyway and have been very happy with it. Dishes were wet after the first run, but on subsequent runs have pressed the Sanitize button and dishes have been dry. Haven't used the rinse aid - don't know what chemicals would be left on the dishes. Have had minor problems with some dishes not getting completely cleaned, but believe that's due to my son keeping dishes in bedroom too long before they get washed. Capacity is larger than our old dishwasher. Expect our next run will make use of the half-load feature.

Only reason it got a 4 star was that the instructions were a little unclear when it came to installing. I figured it out eventually, but it took longer than I had hoped. But from an efficacy standpoint, you can't go wrong with Bosch.

Obviously a dishwasher makes its presence felt over a 10 year period, but the first month bodes well. Very quiet. Cleans well. Drinks quite a lot of rinse aid though. Haven't quite worked out how best to stack bowls.

Finally bought a Bosch after years of fixing my Samsung to keep it running. So quiet I keep opening it during its cycle, dishes come out clean. No issues so far. A good bye

I have always replaced my old dishwashers with Bosch products. There is a third top rack that works great to wash knives and other flat items. Bosch dishwashers have always worked well for my purpose. Clean dishes!!!!

Super quiet! Does a great job cleaning. Getting the “better” dishwasher was a great decision. You don’t buy these that often- get the QUIET one :) Bosch was the right choice

It’s great - dishes fit - 3rd row tray is actually kinda useful - super quiet - BUT inside does not dry - even on extra dry setting - dishes 95% dry - not that big a deal but definitely does not 100% dry

This dishwasher is so quiet, looks great, cleans great and was a way better upgrade than I expected. The noise level alone is worth the price, but all of our dishwasher safe stuff is coming out cleaner and better looking. The adjustable racks are a game changer, we can run the dishwasher less because we can fit so much more in. Just make sure to use a drying agent and LEAVE THE DOOR CLOSED until it's says it is finished and your dishes will look great.

It is a quiet machine, expecially compared with the one it replaced. It reflects the hi-tech improvements made in the past sixteen years. The capacity is greater. and it has a clean appearance.

I purchased this Bosch dishwasher to replace another more expensive Bosch. While my new one isn’t as quiet than the higher end unit, the 300 Series cleans great and has lots of room. The 3rd level for knives is a great feature too.

What an upgrade. We had an old dishwasher that took 3 hours and was so loud. This Bosch dishwasher is much quicker and so quiet. We also don’t have to pre wash the dishes, very powerful.

We had this dishwasher installed a couple of weeks ago. So far, so good. So, the cleaning the food is somewhat of a pain, versus our 10+ year old dishwasher that had a soft food disposal. But, the dishes look great. However, we did have a problem that about 2 weeks in, our unit started consistently giving an E24 error code. This, I guess, is that the installation was done incorrectly. The good news is that we called Best Buy, and they had someone calling us back to schedule to come out to fix it in, i'm not kidding, less than 5 minutes. While we're not impressed with problems, we do like that Best Buy is standing behind their unit and installation. So, the jury is out if it's the unit or the installation.. but when it was working, it was a great unit.

Very happy with my purchase! It has been a year now and I think this is one of my favorite appliances in the house. We use it daily and sometimes twice a day. The washer is super quiet so you won’t mind running it any time. I love the speed60 function as it will completely finish a cycle in one hour. This helps when you already have dishes to clean before dinner and you know you will have a lot more after a large dinner. Only downside is that I doesn’t completely dry dishes sometimes. To mitigate, I always use the extra dry function, adds another 30 mins but worth it. So far, no problem experienced. I also purchased Best Buy 5 year protection plan just in case.
