It washes the dishes well, however the average cycle takes 2 hours and even if you select extra dry the dishes come out dripping wet. The dishwasher is also loud. I went from a whirlpool which was faster, less noisy and dried the dishes it was just getting old.

It is a lot quieter than our previous dishwasher, so much so that we can hardly hear it in the next room. And if cleans very effectively. We like the top rack as well for sharp cutlery and flat-thin items. We also appreciated the installer. He not only installed it well, but fixed a previous misaligned water hose.

No More Washing By Hand

It is a quiet dishwasher. We dont notice when it is on. Has significant room. We like the separate area on top for silverware. Impressed with perforance of unit iteself so far.

Great Machine

That was our main criteria for purchasing it. Since the install, it has run “whisper-quiet”. We love that. It cleans our dishes in a very efficient manner, which is what it’s supposed to do. The install was easy. All in all, it is an excellent product.

As advertised, it is very quiet. We also like the sleek look with the recessed handle, and we like the visible keypad as well or better than the hidden pads. Cleans very well, getting skillets cleaner than our old dishwasher. Great product!

What a disappointment

It has been a huge disappointment, and I wish I'd paid attention to the negative reviews instead of the high positive average. I've had many dishwashers in my life, but this is the first where I have to clean out a food filter every couple of washings. Even doing this I have ended up with food stuck to dishes. It's gross and not what I expect from a reputable brand name in 2019 when I bought it. My sister-in-law had a Bosch, and I fell in love with it. Waited years for ours to break before buying one. Very disappointing. The positives: beautiful to look at, love the upper, third rack, and it is quiet.

Posted .Hi elizadams, we're sorry to hear of the problems you're experiencing with this dishwasher. Here are some tips we hope will help improve the results:
1) Scrape loose food particles (i.e. bone, peel, seeds, etc) from dishes before loading into the dishwasher.
2) Make sure you're using Finish Complete detergents and JetDry rinse agent.
3) Adjust the rinse dispense amount according the water type for your area.
4) Check to see if the wash/rinse water is heating up properly, by slightly opening the dishwasher door in the middle of the cycle. If steam escapes, this is a good indication the dishwasher is properly heating the water to wash/rinse temperatures.
