I still didn't really believe the sales person until I actually heard it for my self. Quiet. The added third rack comes in handy. I do recommend reading the manual for sure because we've come a long way from turning a knob and pushing a button.

The extra shelf on top is great, so convenient having a place to wash all the big knives and utensils..in one spot.. the adjustable height of basket, makes it easier to wash big pots and pans! So much room..

Are having issue with door "hing", slows it opening fast, cord has broken twice. To get to dry, have to open door after cleaning done. Delay is real nice feature

Maybe that’s due to the absence of a heating element which is good in some respects I guess (no melted Tupperware); but I prefer not having to dry my dishes before I can put them away.

We can hardly tell when it’s running. We also love the versatility it offers so we can clean all containers from packed lunches, water bottles and everything from dinner. The kids even load it properly!!!!!

Easy to install for this DIY house husband. Very quiet and cleans very well. Fits more dishes than the dishwasher it replaced. Most of all wife is very pleased. She no longer has to rewash items that were not cleaned properly. Don't really know about longevity yet, only had it a couple months but so far so good.
