Overall I am very happy with our new Bosch 300 series dishwasher. (This was an upgrade from a cheap, 19 year-old dishwasher installed when the home was built.) I had a few features on the wish list with quietness being the ultimate deciding factor. I read many reviews from several websites and overall this was a popular, highly rated dishwasher. I am pleased with it so far, although I've only run the 60-minute cycle 6-8 times so far, and no other cycles, as our dishes go in pretty clean already. The only noise I notice during the cycle is when water is running through the lines for several seconds. As I would expect on that short cycle, the cups and glasses tend to pool the water and it doesn't dry so well, but a clean towel quickly dabbed on them takes care of the problem. We do not use rinse aids due to possible chemical exposure, but I have read that could help. My only complaint on this white model is on the thin chrome strip just above the pocket handle. Somehow I already scratched that, perhaps with while leaning against it before we had the unit snuggly secured with the brackets. My four stars are really because I haven't tested all the cycles yet and cannot say for sure that it is nearly perfect.

I'd stay away from Bosch - the only good feature is that it is quiet. It hard to fit commonly used pots and pans. The inside of the dishwasher has a smell because of the coating used on the stainless steel and the drying element does not dry the dishes and it seems to run forever. Plus called Bosch about an issue they tried to charge $129.00 + $40 every 15 minutes that tech was onsite. Basically, an hour will cost you a new dishwasher - choose another brand.

I purchased this dish washer, because I had heard that Bosch is the best. While it looks really nice, it uses a new technology that dries with the heat from the water, not a heating element. This in turn leaves half of the contents completely wet and holding water in every nook and cranny. They claim that glass and dishes dry but plastic doesn't. Well, I have a lot of plastic, and when it's wet and covered in water, that doesn't work for me. I exchanged it for a Kitchen Aid. Don't have it yet, so I don't know. However, my compliments and gratitude to Best Buy on handling the exchange with no questions asked. You have 15 days from delivery. I like that.

After 5 years, the builders-model dishwasher in our home was not cleaning the dishes. I tried everything before accepting that I needed to buy a new one. I spent a few dollars more than I was originally thinking but cannot say enough good things about this appliance! The dishes are sparkling clean every time and the stainless steel interior looks brand new! No regrets on this purchase!

Works great so far. Dishes, pans and silverware come out nice and clean. Especially like the top tray for silverware.

Beautiful appliance, but I had to pick this up in person from the Compton, CA nightmare which was a NIGHTMARE. If you ever have to pick up an appliance from a Best Buy warehouse, avoid Compton at all costs. It took us 2 hours to pick up our product and it was a huge headache. It was impossible to reach a warehouse supervisor because they don't have a phone number and the supervisor "works from home". Terrible.

Excellent washer....extremely quiet and cleans great.

Good: Cleans really well. No issues with spots. It is super quiet. Bad: This model of Bosch dryer system that replaced the my older GE. Take hours leaving the doors open for the plastic stuff dries. Also, the upper rack arrangement is not very good, its difficult to arrange.

Buying and having a new dishwasher installed from Best Buy was a pleasant experience. We'll most likely go there for our other appliances.

Love this machine. So quiet and holds so much more than our other one.

Great dishwasher. Quieter than I expected. A lot of information available to use it properly. We have extremely hard water. If one uses the recommended products our dishes come out sparkling clean and spot-free. Would recommend to others and would purchase again myself.

Like how quiet it runs. Have it installed at the seasonal cabin, which is the kitchen and living room combined. So we can start it right away and don't have to worry about the noise. It does leave some condensation on the door after the wash, so we will have to make sure it is dry when we close the cabin. We do drain the water at the end of the season, so hopefully it will be easy.

Great dishwasher. Holds so many dishes. Super quiet!
