My last dishwasher was a Bosch, purchased on sale, I had gotten it on sale at the time and was very pleased. The current dishwasher is more expensive and lighter in weight, the door and racks are light, like cheap. It feels like it could easily fall apart. Sure it is working but I do not feel it was worth the cost.

We have been using the unit for over a week and no problems. Unit is very quiet. Our sales rep at Best Buy was very helpful when purchasing the unit. I give him an A for on the job performance.

Bad door finish

Shows all water drips, hard to clean and the plastic that they put on the outside to protect it, left a line that cannot be cleaned off. So the finish is uneven.

I still have to prewash those and plates too. I would return it if I could.

It is AWFUL. My kitchen smells like sewage. And unless you plan to constantly run your dishwasher & leave the door open at all times, then do not buy this dishwasher.

1) We highly recommend the use of Finish Quantum or Complete detergent.
2) We also recommend JetDry rinse agent.
3) Make sure the rinse dispense amount is properly set for the water type in your area.
4) If you're on well water, check to see if the treatment has changed.
5) If you leave dishes in the machine for long periods of time, run a QUICK WASH or RINSE ONLY cycle to keep dishes refreshed until you're ready to run a full Normal Wash cycle.

Small, but the third rack is nice for utensils. The rotating feet to lower and raise the front of the unit are not easy to deal with, but they adjust well. Overall, 8/10 unit. I'll let you know if it was worth it in about 5 years...
