Does not dry well. Most dishes clean. Went in to buy a kitchen aid talked into Bosch by salesman. Was not told that I could have gotten an upper model with the door I liked. Went back to look at kitchen but could not get the one I liked in white. Also would have to pay for install again and the kitchen has sales prices on silver only. Would have to get lowest model to get white. Didn't want to take the chance that it wouldn't be what I wanted.

it is so quiet you do not hear it running, the install directions are some what hard to follow but other than that it works great

Our Bosch 300 Series dishwasher would have been the 3 model Bosch we've purchased. The only PRO is that it gets the dishes clean. The list of the CONS is long: 1. Noisy! 54 dbA at 1 meter +/- 1dbA. 2. Hard to load due to the angled tines. 3. Petroleum odor. Gradually going down but not away after daily use for a month. 4. Drying problems. No matter what settings, the dishes are always wet, even an hour after opening. And it uses lots of rinse aid to boot! 5. No End-of-Cycle sound, even though the manual tells you how to set it. Based on our older models and on the specifications, this should have been a great dishwasher. We may have just gotten a bad one, but the design has flaws. Fortunately we were able to exchange this for another brand at Best Buy within their 14 day return period.

It seems good so far. Have had it for three weeks and no problems

So far we are loving our new dishwasher. It is much quieter than our old one, has a better internal layout, and holds more dishes. It tooks us a couple of runs to figure out the optimal place to put our items, but that's fine. We also found that we need to leave it alone for several hours after it is done to get things mostly dry, but that's not a problem for us. Overall - loving it so far.

The person at the store was very helpful and explained everything. He set up the installation appointment. No hassle. Had to get some plumbing done first and reschedule, and that was ok. The Geek Squad that came was great! Put booties on to protect my floor. They were very careful taking out the old dishwasher and installing the new. They knew what they were doing. They tested the machine, and explained how it worked. Very pleased with Best Buy.

It is pretty. But doesn't drain and stays super wet even in Extra Dry setting. Bad odor.

Love it. Very quiet. Lots of options. Replace a 15 yr old one that was very noisy!

Very quiet still need to figure out drying dishes are still wet when done not sure how that is for the big money washer

The knife drawer at the top is something we have never had before but it is really a nice addition.

This purchase was made after reading several dishwasher reviews. After 2 weeks of use the dishwasher is living up to expectations and hopefully will continue to do so. It does a good job cleaning dishes and is exceptionally quiet. The stainless steel finish is not as shiny as my other appliances but does seem to be more finger-print and spot resistant - a happy surprise.

I needed a new dishwasher and this is the model that I wanted. Most places had it back ordered, so I consider myself fortunate that Best Buy had it. So far, so good! My only request is for more of an explanation on using it. The booklet that came with it is less than clear, and the bigger manual online does not offer much clarification. The installer was nice about answering my questions. But after he left, I had more.

Does an excellent job cleaning. Don't pre-wash your dishes. Just scrape off in trash.
