Returned if for a similar model, but with the buttons on top had the same problem actually multiple error codes. Called Bosch great tech support had a tech come out stated it needed a new board. Sorry Bosch will go back to GE.

It's SO MUCH quieter and did a good job on cleaning my dishes for almost 6 weeks, and then one day it was completely dead. No power at all. My electrical connection was fine, the dishwasher was not. So now for the past 2 weeks I am washing dishes by hand and waiting for the the parts that are on backorder. This isn't a BestBuy issue - it's all Bosch.

On the lower rack, right side, the spacing makes it necessary to load dishes every other available space otherwise they “,nest”. The silverware has to be rinsed before placing in the rack to ensure it comes out clean! The bottom panel is recessed which makes the floor .look terrible.

Not at all happy with product. Below average cleaning power. Cleaning dispenser hasn’t worked right since beginning ( and have only used recommended products) There has to be way better and cheaper options out there

Good, but not great
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Bosch dishwasher does a good overall job but the typical wash cycle is over two hours. Shorter wash cycles are an option but in my opinion, they do not do as good a job. Was very frustrated by the fact that a hose on the washer had a small hole in it ultimately causing us to wait another 3 days to complete the installation.
