If you ever have to pick up an appliance from a Best Buy warehouse, avoid Compton at all costs. It took us 2 hours to pick up our product and it was a huge headache. It was impossible to reach a warehouse supervisor because they don't have a phone number and the supervisor "works from home". Terrible.

Bad: This model of Bosch dryer system that replaced the my older GE. Take hours leaving the doors open for the plastic stuff dries. Also, the upper rack arrangement is not very good, its difficult to arrange.

A lot of information available to use it properly. We have extremely hard water. If one uses the recommended products our dishes come out sparkling clean and spot-free. Would recommend to others and would purchase again myself.

Have it installed at the seasonal cabin, which is the kitchen and living room combined. So we can start it right away and don't have to worry about the noise. It does leave some condensation on the door after the wash, so we will have to make sure it is dry when we close the cabin. We do drain the water at the end of the season, so hopefully it will be easy.

I tried everything before accepting that I needed to buy a new one. I spent a few dollars more than I was originally thinking but cannot say enough good things about this appliance! The dishes are sparkling clean every time and the stainless steel interior looks brand new! No regrets on this purchase!
