We have been using the unit for over a week and no problems. Unit is very quiet. Our sales rep at Best Buy was very helpful when purchasing the unit. I give him an A for on the job performance.

It was great. quiet, well laid our drawers and the third draw for silverware is fantastic. It cleans extremely well and as long as you have a rinse agent everything dries well, even without a heating element. Until recently I would have rated this 5 stars. However, about a month ago something happened. It is now much nosier. I don't know what changed. It used to be I couldn't tell if it was running. Now it's obvious. I've cleaned the trap and tried to research it but so far I can't find anything. So now I'm stuck with having to call a repairman to come out for a dishwasher that is only 18 months old because the warranty ran out already. So overall, it's a solid machine but this issue would make me not recommend it.

Not my best buy

My last dishwasher was a Bosch, purchased on sale, I had gotten it on sale at the time and was very pleased. The current dishwasher is more expensive and lighter in weight, the door and racks are light, like cheap. It feels like it could easily fall apart. Sure it is working but I do not feel it was worth the cost.

(We run it every other day. I WOULD RECOMMEND!!!

The "tupperware" type products never get dry. You have to air dry them or use a towel to dry. Very disappointing!!

Your dishwasher is designed to dry using the PureDry® condensation drying system. This is an energy-efficient, closed drying system that does not pull in outside air or use an exposed heating element. This process works by heating the dishes with hot water during the final rinse. The cooler stainless steel pulls moisture from the dishes. The inside of the unit will be wet at the end of the cycle, but the dishes should be dry. It's important to note that plastics don’t retain heat as well as other dishware materials and don’t dry as well. You can find troubleshooting tips for unsatisfactory drying results on page 41 of your Use & Care manual. Steps for turning on the Intensive Drying feature are on page 33 of this manual as well. Shows all water drips, hard to clean and the plastic that they put on the outside to protect it, left a line that cannot be cleaned off. So the finish is uneven.
