Quiet and cleans great! Fits under an ADA counter.

I purchased this dishwasher for my office because I needed an ADA compliant dishwasher. It is extremely quiet! You really have to get close to it to hear that it is on. It gets the dishes clean. The reason I gave 3 stars is because it does not have a heating element in the dishwasher. It uses steam to dry the dishes. Well, steam does not always get the dishes dry. Most of the dishes are still pretty wet after the cycle is complete.

Installed in 7/24/2018, stopped working in 12/13/2019. The dishwasher stopped suddenly in the middle of washing. I checked power (multimeter and other equipments) and it is perfectly ok. However the power is out and not turn on again. No clogging of course because I "always" do pre-brushing before I put any dish into the washer. I don't leave any small crumbles on dish before I put dish into the washer, Always brushing before. What else can I do to prevent this disaster? I used Maytag dishwasher before this product for more than 7 years, still worked well, but replaced because it is too old and not energy efficient. 16 month is just out of warranty, and I need to buy a new one again. Don't buy Bosch product. If I can give 0-star, I want to.

This was the only dishwasher that would fit in the space we had. It works very well. The rinse agent is a must. We have cleaner "dishwasher" dishes than we have ever had. It is very quiet also.

This was purchased for use in an office kitchen, with about 60 staff members, so it isn't treated as nicely as one you own for your own home. However, it has held up very nicely and still cleans well. Run daily with no issues

Love the dishwasher it works great I wish they would have told me that I needed to have salt put in it every time. It does work very well. However it didn't fit into the cabinet and I had to modify the cabinet to make it fit but you would think would be the installers job but he did not do that in fact he did not do any installation. It works well

Not a lot of choices for ADA Dishwashers but this one is amazing!

So much better than our old dishwasher! Built in water softener helps but was even better before we started that function.

It has taken me approximately 10 weeks to get a dishwasher from Best Buy. During that time I have had my Best Buy Credit card charged for goods not received and have been levied late charges. I finally got the Bosch dishwasher; I have had it for a few days. I still can't get it to work because unbeknownst to me it requires dishwasher salt. I was not aware of this and have been unable to find dishwasher salt where I live. I think that this is something that the buyer needs to be told before he purchases the dishwasher; I also think it is something that Best Buy should carry in stock or at a minimum have a source for in the city where it is sold. I bought this specific dishwasher because it is not a standard size and because of its online ratings.

Unfortunately I had to buy an ADA compliant machine due to the shape of my kitchen, at that point this was the only unit available. It is NO better than the same BOSCH unit that is 200 less, but due to the configuration I had no choice

I purchased this dishwasher about a month ago. I was limited to only a few models because I have a very small dishwasher cutout. Luckily this Bosch easily fit with room to spare. If you're limited on your dishwasher cutout height, I would highly recommend this model. It's extremely quiet and the third rack on the top is great for washing longer utensils and miscellaneous dishware. Best Buy completed the installation which was finished in about an hour with no issues.

First Bosh we ordered would not fit because cabinet height was less than 34". This limited selection of dishwashers. This model is fine other than lack of third shelf.

I received this dishwasher and it was too tall for my space. I sent it back and ordered the shorter Bosch ADA dishwasher. It took 3 weeks to arrive. It arrived so smashed and damaged that the drawer wouldn't even open. I had to order another one. It also arrived smashed and damaged. I canceled the order and went to a locally owned store and ordered another brand. during this I never was able to talk to the same person twice. No one had good notes on what was going on. It was a total nightmare.

This dishwasher was a lifesaver -I think Bosch is the only manufacturer that still makes a shorter dishwasher (32 1/2 in) . After checking various brands, we were happy to find this model at a good price and with free installation. Best Buy made the entire process so easy.

Quiet and does a great job of cleaning. Bosch got it right with design and function.

It's a nice-looking dishwasher and wear other dishwashers would not fit it was an adjustable so it fit into my house and works just fine

Too small, dishes stay wet, runs forever. Only good point, it's quiet.

This fit exactly in the space we had. It looks amazing, we love it!

We purchased a open box item to replace our broken dishwasher. The Bosch is much quieter and does a great job cleaning the dishes.
