This is our second Bosch dishwasher, replacing a 9-year-old 100 series model that died. The previous model was excellent in every way, and with a sale price and free installation, we were able to afford what we thought was an even better model. Although it does do an outstanding job of getting the dishes clean, there are three major issues with it and given the choice, I would definitely choose another model. 1. The dishes don't fully dry. With the old model, even with heated drying turned off, the dishes always dried completely by simply opening the door promptly. With this model, even with the extra-dry setting, the dishes do n't come out fully dry. We end up having to use a towel to finish drying many items before putting them away, which largely defeats the purpose of having a dishwasher in the first place. 2. The arrangement of tines on the racks is not as functional as in the old model. We've had a few months to get used to it, but we still can't load this model as efficiently. 3. The third rack seems like a good idea, but it doesn't work well in practice. Used for cutlery, it takes several times longer to load as the cutlery baskets that are wisely still provided. Used for larger items such as cups and bowls, those items don't get clean. The problem is that larger items on the upper rack block the water flow from even reaching the third rack. This model clearly illustrates that the 'better model' is not always the better model. It's a classic case of over-engineering.

Great dishwasher and meets the reviews as shown at many websites. Installers were on time, adhered to COVID-19 protocols, and were good people.

Good looking, after a month still working on best way to load the 3 levels, had error msg's was label off of jar over discharge port, since this does not have a disposal more scraping needed.

We remodeled the kitchen in the old house and I was very picky about appliances. When we moved into our new house, we had a Frigidaire model which was terribly noisy. After a while noticed some dishes still needed scrubbing - time to replace. Very quiet and washes dishes beautifully. Very quiet and allows us to watch TV and talk while it's running. Very happy with purchase.

I love the top rack for silverware that frees up space for more dishes. I wish the plastic items would come out dry but I understand that’s what happens with efficient appliances.

I decided to spen the extra money to a few l decibel quieter dischwasher and this one is great thanks to the red spot it displays on the floor I can see that it is running

We bought this dishwasher because it was rated as one if the quietest on the market and had good reviews. The first time we started it we had to shut off all ambient noise in the house to tell it was running. Simple to use, well organized rack system, and it cleans great.

Great dishwasher! Have used it almost everyday for the past 3 1/2 months and love it.

Overall it’s a great dishwasher but even after using the detergent and jet dry rinse aid plates still come out wet. Really disappointed in what is always referred to as a great brand.

We didn’t realize how nice it is to have a brand new dishwasher. Even though our old Bosch never quit running it definitely wasn’t washing dishes as well as it should have. We realized that when we bought this one- our glasses are clear again! Love the third rack and really like the top rack design. Better than old one for sure, Very happy so far!

Replaced a Maytag with this new Bosch dishwasher and I find it to be quiet and efficient.

This thing is scary quiet, which is why we bought it. Glad there’s the little red dot, otherwise we wouldn’t know it’s on!

Works very well. Quiet as advertised. It’s drying mechanism is average. You must choose extra dry. Takes longer as a result. Like all brands these days, pretty flimsy. Very similar to my last LG which was half the price but literally started to come apart after 7 years.
