We needed to replace our old Samsung dishwasher and had always heard good things about Bosch. My initial concerns were with the interior space appearing noticeably smaller than the Samsung equivalent. However, the shelving configurations make it so you can fit just as much, if not more, inside. The front door and buttons feel rather flimsy and cheap and I'm concerned about how long this will last us. With that being said, it cleans dishes very well and very simple to use. Cycle times take longer than my old dishwasher, but my understanding is that this is normal on the newer devices.

Works great and so quiet. Love the extra top rack and how you can adjust the top shelf. I use the half load cycle most of the time, it cleans very well and is a shorter cycle.

I bought a Bosch dishwasher because I had researched for months on which cleaned the best, with the least repairs. Everywhere pointed to Bosch. I am very happy with my purchase. I had a different brand that never cleaned the glasses from the 1st day I bought it. They often came out dirtier than when they went in. With the Bosch my glasses & dishes are spotless!!! I don't have to rewash them! That in itself is important to me, not to mention how quiet it is. The cycles are long, but who cares? The dishes are clean and that is the ultimate goal for me! I use the extra care setting, which adds 15 minutes to allow to dry the dishes. But it works pretty good. Only a few items may still be a little wet. No big deal.

This dishwasher is insanely quiet. I can be right next to it and barely tell it's running. Like most energy efficient dishwashers, the dishes are often a bit wet at the end of a cycle, but that doesn't bother me. The third rack is awesome for all my spatulas and serving spoons, and I've already adjusted the height of the middle rack several times to accommodate weirdly sized dishes. Probably the best dishwasher I've ever bought.

Great product. Works flawlessly in getting the dishes super clean. Just make sure you are using JetDry regularly or else moisture tends to remain in the bottom of the unit. The only minor thing I would have liked to see done better is the door braced a little more. You can notice some very slight twisting movement in the door when you are opening it. Just a visual thing, has not effected functionality.

First of all this has to be the quietest dishwasher in the market. If it weren't for the light that let's you know it's running you can't tell. We've only used the regular setting but it gets the dishes very clean. It does take 2 hrs and the plastic didn't get completely dry but i do like the fact you can put them anywhere and not worry about them melting. Hands down the best dishwasher I've owned and would highly recommend this! What a find and it was on sale! Thank you Best Buy!

We've unfortunately had to replace our dishwasher several times since moving into our new house. This one however is awesome - you can barely tell when it's on and it cleans EXTREMELY well. For anyone saying it doesn't dry as thoroughly as it should, i always set it on the longest setting and use Finish Jet Dry - I've never had any issues with dishes coming out damp that way. It's definitely pricey, but am happy with my purchase and have no regrets.

The installation from Best Buy was excellent and professional. They explained all the features and made sure I was happy with the process. The dishwasher does a great job...I have only used the 60 min setting with extra dry as well. It is very quiet!! The trick to having dry dishes is to prop the door open when the beeper goes off at end of cycles. Even the plastic is pretty dry!!

I had an LG which I liked but it began to lead so I had to buy a new dishwasher. The dividers in the drawers are not as convenient as the 10 year old LG. I didn't realize I had to turn off the power after I unloaded and it began to run on its own a second time empty. I could not figure out how to cancel/drain as in my older dishwashers. It is quieter running than the LG but runs longer. I trust Consumers Reports very good review of Bosch dishwashers and the price was reasonable. I hope that it is reliable. It cleans the dishes well but there is moisture on them when I unload.

It’s designed for efficient loading and unloading. Energy efficient. And it cleans beautifully while running quietly.

I purchased this Bosch dishwasher to replace my 11 year old Bosch whose racks were rusted. (New racks cost over $350 each!) The new 300 series is as quiet as my old 800 series. It holds the same amount of dishes and looks very sleek. There is a "however" though... My only complaint is the ability to get my wine glassed clean in the dishwasher. The wine glasses do not fit easily in the top rack (even with the Bosch flimsy wine glass holder). I contacted Bosch, and the rep told me to remove the 3rd rack and lower the top rack. (I tried that before I called). Even with those rack adjustments, the glasses, sets are both 9.25" and 7.5", do not fit securely. With my old 800 series (not available), the wine glasses fit easily in the top rack. So, my only option is to put the glasses in the bottom rack standing straight up -- which of course causes water to pool on the stem bottoms. I love the feature of the 3rd rack and did not want to keep removing and reinstalling it anyway. If I knew about this loading "defect," I would NOT have purchased this dishwasher. Next time, I'll take some glasses to the store and ensure they fit. (The rep at the store told me glasses would fit fine.) Oh, well...

Extremely quiet, many wash, rinse and dry options with large capacity nan top shelf for small items like silverware.

Like others say, the dishwasher doesn't dry the dishes great, but it sure cleans them. We always use the extra dry button and the dishes are almost dry if we take them out right away. If you let them sit overnight, it's better. Occasionally, there's been a bad odor from the dishwasher, but not all the time. I haven't been able to determine what causes it since it's not always there. It's very quiet when it runs. We have removed the regular silverware basket and always use the top rack. Overall - a nice dishwasher. The 3rd rack is great for silverware.

Impressive quietness. Dishes come out clean and dry. I was worried about reviews stating it doesn’t dry plastic due to not having a heating element. But that has not been the case. Dishes come out more dry than old dishwasher with a heating element. Racks are different getting used to it, but we find ourselves running out of clean dishes now since this fits so much more than our old one now that we have the third rack. Too early to tell on reliability.

Best dishwasher ever! Extremely quiet and does a fabulous job cleaning the dishes! Lots of room for everything!

Love my new Bosch dishwasher! Our old dishwasher stopped working (a Bosch) and I love it so much I wanted another one. The updated one has a third rack that is my favorite part - I can put all of my cooking utensils (spatula's, large knives, measuring cups and spoons, etc) so they don't take up space on the traditional glassware rack. It is quiet and does an amazing job on getting the dishes clean. The biggest complaint from reviews I read was about the drynes of dishes, but you can adjust the drying option and it works like a charm!

I love this dishwasher. It is very quiet. The adjustable rack is great. Now I can fit my big trays and cutting boards in the dishwasher. I love the fact that plasticware can go in any rack since this dishwasher doesn't use a heating element for drying. My dishes, pots and pans all get clean without having to rinse food completely off the dishes. Did I mention I love this dishwasher!

We purchased this Bosch dishwasher as a replacement for our previous dishwasher which we also purchased at Best Buy 10 years ago. This new dishwasher is even quieter than our previous dishwasher. You can stand in the kitchen and not hear it running. It cleans the dishes beautifully even when you do not prewash the dishes. I highly recommend this dishwasher.
